Heavy Grace Highlights | Individual Event 10 At The 2022 Rogue Invitational

Sometimes, even after a packed weekend of competition, it all comes down to final event on Sunday, as it did last year in the men’s CrossFit division. In the Heavy Grace event (30 Clean & Jerks for time), Justin Medeiros came in under 4 minutes, good enough to finish 5th in the event and to retain his first place standing overall, making him a 2x Rogue Invitational Champ. Meanwhile, on the women’s side, things were a bit easier for Laura Horvath, as her third place effort in Heavy Grace was merely the cherry on top of a title run that she’d all but wrapped up earlier in the day.
