Road to the Arnold — 2017 — Colin Burns / 8k

Colin Burns is a 94kg weightlifter who currently holds the American record in the Snatch with a lift of 173kg. Burns won the 2014 USA Weightlifting National Championship in the 94kg division and was a member of the Senior World Team, as well as a former resident at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs. A title he’d like to add to his list, however, is Arnold Champion, and his training this year will be on full display during the Arnold Weightlifting Championships in Columbus. Burns will lift at 1 p.m. on Saturday during the competition.
