Road to the Arnold – Hafthór Björnsson, Strongman

In the fourth installment of Road to the Arnold, we train with Strongman Hafthór Björnsson of Iceland, the World’s Strongest Viking and three time Arnold Strongman Classic competitor. Björnsson — at 6’9″ and 400lb. — finished the event in eighth place in 2013 and fifth last year. He’s since been cast as “The Mountain” in HBO’s “Game of Thrones.” But Björnsson’s focus is back to competition and earning a spot on the Arnold podium in 2015.
