Ski Bar Highlights | Individual Event 2 At The 2022 Rogue Invitational

Last year, the Ski Bar workout was the first in-stadium event of the CrossFit competition and got the ball rolling on a great weekend. In a circuit of bar muscle-ups, Ski Erg calorie burns, and GHD sit-ups, Justin Medeiros finished a few seconds ahead of Chandler Smith, putting him on course for an eventual title defense. On the women’s side, Emma Lawson finished first in the Ski Bar, while Laura Horvath briefly fell behind the pack. Of course, Friday setbacks often set the stage for Sunday glory.
