It was only fitting that the 10th anniversary of the Crossfit Games would take the athletes back to the place where it all started – the Castro family ranch in Aromas, CA. Rogue Athlete Mat Fraser dominated a 7k trail run through the NorCal hills earning Mat his first of several first place finishes for the weekend.
