Introducing The Rogue Indy T-Bar Row

Introducing the new Rogue Indy T-Bar Row. Occupying roughly half the footprint of a dedicated T-Bar Row machine; this set-up features an elevated and inclined steel platform that can be used in combination with any standard barbell and a rack-mounted Rogue Landmine attachment. The result is a fully functional T-Bar Row station that’s not only as stable as most stand-alone units; but also optimized for performing rows at a deficit; increasing the range of motion of the movement. Each of these 83LB platforms is manufactured in the USA from 3×3” 11-gauge steel with formed and welded gussets and 7-gauge diamond-tread footplates. Plastic notches help protect the barbell and keep the plates elevated for easy loading/unloading; and optional bolt-on wheels are available for convenient portability. Please Note: The Rogue Landmine is sold separately. In order to use it safely with the Indy T-Bar Row; the Landmine should be attached to a rack that is also bolted to the floor or wall.
