Building the Machine: 150,000 LBS of American Steel Per Day

Published: November 17, 2025 | Updated: September 3, 2026

In Toledo, Ohio, U.S.-made steel is formed into hundreds of Rogue products, like our arsenal of power racks. It starts with a 10,000 lb roll of steel, which is then cold-formed from a flat sheet into a seamless, cylindrical tube that is precision-welded. The round tube is then reshaped into a perfect square. The now-square tubes are cut to length, loaded, and trucked to our Columbus factory, where we process it, turning it into the bulletproof racks you know and love. American steel, American manufacturing, Made in the USA.

A 10,000-lb roll becomes the backbone of Rogue’s power racks — cold-formed, reshaped, cut, and welded into precision components that define strength.
