Rogue Fitness Announces Acquisition of Reflex Fitness Products

COLUMBUS OH, November 30, 2018 – Rogue Fitness, America’s largest manufacturer of strength and conditioning equipment, has announced an agreement to acquire Reflex Fitness Products, a competing equipment maker headquartered in Milan, Illinois. Reflex, as a Rogue subsidiary, will continue to operate its current business and production will be retained at the Milan plant.

Reflex Fitness was established in 1990 by Mike Adolphson and Craig Askam. For nearly 30 years, the company has designed and manufactured a wide range of durable, precision-machined power racks, barbells, benches, plate-loaders, and selectorized machines–all made in the USA and noted for their quality craftsmanship and unlimited color palette.

“We have great admiration for the Reflex team and their products,” says Rogue owner and president Bill Henniger. “It’s our intention for Reflex to keep doing the work they always have. We believe, working together, both of our companies can leverage their strengths and make something even better in the process.”

Based in Columbus, Ohio, Rogue Fitness has continued to expand what is already the No. 1 brand name in American-made strength and conditioning equipment. Along with its role as the official equipment provider to the CrossFit Games, Arnold Strongman Classic, World’s Strongest Man, and USA Weightlifting, the company has also acquired several respected, like-minded manufacturing businesses, including Nebula Fitness, OSO Barbell Collars, Pendlay, and now, Reflex.

Rogue will begin integrating Reflex products into its online store in 2019.
