Rated 5 out of 5 by from Multipurpose Took Bought these for some much needed compression and comfort during my slow pitch games. Amazed with how much the support took me up a level. 4 homerun day. I felt so much more stable and I only had to run to base for a few steps. I have 2 other pairs I wear at the gym so these bad boys do deliver as Rx.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from GREAT!!!!!! I have been running for 40 years recently I joined crossfit my knees are weak and I have been trying all different kinds of knee supports. These are the Very Best, I can not put into words how great they are. I am 55 years old and thought I was going to have to quite CF because of my knees. If you are looking for the best support for your knees these are for you. I posted this because I hope I can help someone else that is in my shoes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing I purchased these knee sleeves about two months ago and they are worth the money! I am an active crossfit athlete and I do experience knee pains sometimes after workouts. I don't wear these all the time but when I do, I can definitely feel a difference. The only complaint I can say is that they seem to have shrunk a little after I have washed them a few times and I do let them air dry. I would recommend sizing up, but it seems a lot of other reviewers have recommended the opposite.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from easy to use, great support this is the first time ive used knee sleeves, when it comes to heavy lifts i also wrap up with knee wraps. however, for hgih rep, low weight, and high intensity training there were great. i was experiencing some knee fatigue, and i know thee arent a solution to having weak hamstrings, however, these provided me with that little bit of extra support i needed to help me feel more confident in my workouts. i would recommend downsizing though one size. i wish i would of. another great product by Rogue though

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worth It! I was looking for more support when squating and these knee sleeves are it! I would definitely recommend ordering one size down from what you actually measure. Also, remember to order two as these are sold in singles. Overall, great product!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great support and high quality I have had these since December, 2015. I wear them at least 3 times a week. I haven't noticed any issues with stitching. Mine seem to be holding up pretty well. I have only washed them a couple times. After my workout I turn them inside out and place them on my flat bench. I haven't had any issues with smell, something I thought would happen. Very pleased with the purchase!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Much Better! I bought the 3mm Rehbands a year ago and they were good. Knee pain was reduced, but not eliminated. Noticeable difference between the 3mm and 5mm. Knee pain is pretty much gone (with the assistance of Voodoo Band mobility, which I've done since last year). These stay in place a lot better than the 3mm and they hold up a lot better in terms of the stitching. I will be buying another pair soon just so I don't stink up my gym bag too bad after wearing these every day. Tip: Definitely go a size smaller than you measure.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Rehband is Awesome! I got a pair of the Rehband CrossFit Games edition 5mm. I got them for free as a volunteer at the games, so I might have a biased opinion about them. I was already going to buy a pair before I knew they were going to give them to me for free, but I was just amazed by the performance of these knee sleeves. The comfort of the sleeves are unparalleled. It slides on smoothly and rarely slides off the knees. Of course, with any knee sleeve, they do crunch up when I squat, but it never slid down off my knee. Even with the 5mm, the sleeves were still thick enough to help me bounce out of the hole when I squat or squat clean. I sit very deep in my squatting position to a point where my butt is very close to the ground, so the Rehbands definitely help me. I have never tried the 7mm sleeves, but I feel that the 5mm are just as good and effective for anyone squatting. I got a pair of size small and I'm a 5'8" 160 lbs guy, so small fit nicely.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great product but order a size down Happy with these and great support, but my only drawback was how bad they stretch. They keep falling down now just after a few WOD. Next time I'm going to order a size down.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Solid product; Lousy fit These definitely keep your knees warm and offer some protection for heavy lifts, while still being fairly comfortable for other movements. These are great for lunges. However, the fit is a challenge -- I am ~6', 215 lbs and I've tried both the L and M sizes. Neither was a tight fit and sagging at the top is a constant problem, with having to pull them up constantly like an old pair of socks.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome Support! I had the unfortunate experience of being hit by a car (as a pedestrian) a week before the Open this year. I banged up my knee pretty well and scrambled to order this knee support to get my right knee through the open. I couldn't have done it without it! Great support for ANYTHING you do in CrossFit. I'm going to order a second one to keep my other knee in shape, too!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Solid Knee sleeve, but do your homework I bought these Knee sleves over 18months ago - I have ligament damage in my right knee so I bought them to keep the joint warm but not necessarily for support or adding any rebound effect to my squats. the sleeves are great for most high rep or low rep squat movements, they can't be worn while running but in general they can be worn during rowing, lunging, double unders any other movement. When doing high reps they do tend to roll off the quad - according to the sizing chart I was between a M/L and I ordered a Medium and initially they were snug but after 18months of 2-3 usages a week they have stretched out which is understandable if you plan on just wearing them for squats I would think to check out the SBDs as well - however for WODs I like these better then the SBDs they also double great as a shin protector for deads and have not torn or been scratched from knurling going across them for 80$ they are a perfectly fine investment I've used them frequently and would purchase again - they machine wash and air dry just fine as well

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Worth the $$$ Definitely worth the money but sizing definitely seems a little off to me. In the beginning they felt fine but as I sweat I notice they start to loosen near my quads. When consulting someone at Rogue before the purchase I was suggested to order the Large size. I went with the Medium and they still sag. They don't necessarily slide down but they just don't stay snug near the quads throughout the workout. Hoping to return but they have to be unused to do so. Love the look and feel but I'll have to try and buy a small and at $80 for two, makes it a little difficult to just throw down. 5'11'' 180 -- Maybe I need to bro out on my quads a little more too. Haha.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worth every penny I bought these a few weeks ago to help give my knees more support during wods. They help keep the joint warm and stable and I don't experience pain in my knees like I used to during squats, thrusters, squat cleans etc. Definitely worth the money!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great fit and happy customer I bought a pair of these for my bf for valentines day and LOVED them!! I went down a size as recommended and it was perfect! The trick was measuring his calf without him suspecting and luckily he never guessed and it was a nice surprise because he has been wanting them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Knees in a blanket! I bought these when I joined the gym, after seeing some of the people wearing them. But the main reason was, because I had some issues with my knees before, and squatting and doing all the cleans, jerks, etc. didn't help. Wearing these helped a lot. I always keep these sleeves in my bag, and every time I see what's coming on the board... these wrap my knees and keep them nice and warm and stable.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Product. I don't have a lot of experience with knee sleeves but I hate lifting without them now. A lot of the people at my gym had rehband (and I was getting some knee problems) so I decided to give them a shot. I feel much more confident in my lifts than without them. I use them during snatch, squat, clean and jerk. Maybe its placebo but I just feel better with them on.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from They're ok I bought these because I have knee issues, everyone has these and is writing positive reviews. I've found these knee sleeves to be mediocre in comparison to my other pair by Elite FTS. I only use my sleeves during power lifts so maybe the Rehbans are more practical for a WOD whereas my Elite FTS sleeves feel like I've wrapped my knees. The Rehbans stretch out quickly and I found myself washing them often to dry them to tighten them up some. So basically I didn't like them for any squatting or deadlifting. everything else they provided enough support to my knees that I continue to wear them for other workouts.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome My knees feel like they're wrapped up in a blanket in front of a fire on a cold winter's night in a cabin in the Swiss Alps with these on. Doesn't increase the weight I can move but noticeably keep my knees happy and not creaking, especially being at a box that has no heating and gets very cold in the winter.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from You need these. You really, really do. After 9 months of Crossfit on top of old high school sports injuries, my knees were in shambles. I refused to drink the kool-aid and start buying "the gear". I could not understand how 40$ worth of neoprene would really help, or how keeping my knees "warm" as reviews mentioned would impact my work out or recovery. Camille's pink sleeves were on sale so I pulled the trigger- WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!!! Would buy again and again at full price. Rogue has AWESOME customer service and Rehband makes an unbelievable product. All the heavy squats, wall balls, rowing, cleans, you name it- that knee bends, that wrap is supporting every step of the way. Do size down one size for sure. Mine bunch a little after a few lifts on my tree trunk legs. But yes, these knee supports are 110% worth it. NO MORE SCREAMING KNEES! These things rule.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Product - Ensure you order 2! Used a pair of these at my box to see if they were worth the hype and loved them so ordered some for me. Despite the red "sold in singles" that I now see, I failed to see this the first time I ordered so MAKE SURE YOU ORDER TWO!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from As advertised I've never used knee braces before, but was recommended to try them by the coaches at my crossfit gym. Worth every penny. I'm more confident in my range of motion, they keep my knees warm and give me the amount of support I was in search of!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Must Have, Knee Pain or Not As usual, I ordered these and they were on my knees two days later thanks to Rogue! These were my first pair of knee sleeves, so I have nothing to really compare them to...however I am very impressed. I always thought they were a bit pricey since they are sold by the sleeve, but after one lifting session, I was blown away. 10+ years of freeskiing have absolutely demolished my knees - if it weren't for lifting, I'm pretty sure I'd be crippled by now. Needless to say, I deal with constant aches in my knees just about all the time. Although these don't turn back time and guarantee a 400lb back squat right out of the package, the support I get from these sleeves has really added a new level confidence under the bar in all scenarios. I can't believe I've gone all this time lifting without them. They really get your knees warm and moving fast, quickly - and keep them that way all lifting session. AS FOR SIZING --- definitely size down. I measured 36cm, putting me at a medium, but I listened to the reviews and went with the small. They fit absolutely perfect, not too tight, not too loose. They also do stretch a tiny bit after some use. If you have to constantly pull them up, they aren't fitting right.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very Good Knee Support Sleeve I've had the knee sleeve now about a month. I have been using some sort of knee sleeve support since surgery to repair a torn medial meniscus in my left knee 10 weeks ago. The other reviewers are correct about sizing down. I measured for a medium but bought a small. When I first put it on I was concerned that I had made a mistake: it was tight. But it loosened up and is now the correct size. It provides very good support and is tailored nicely to fit. It is very comfortable and looks better than other sleeves, especially when wearing golf attire. I would have given it 5 stars if: 1) it were more reasonably priced. This product is over-priced for how much it must cost to produce--somebody's making a huge profit here; 2) it were a little longer, even an inch would make a big difference in overall support. I would buy another one if they dropped the price $10.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Won't WOD without them! I was a bit skeptical because the Rehbands are a bit pricey compared to other knee sleeves on the market. Based on other reviews I bought them anyway and couldn't be happier. They are sturdy, well constructed, and provide great support. I have a long history of knee problems and use them for every WOD and wouldn't workout without them! They have held up to all the abuse that I have thrown at them over the last 4-5 months and don't show any signs of wear. The last pair of sleeves I bought before these tore in about 2 months. These are the real deal folks!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love love love them As someone who has discovered Crossfit in my 40s, these have been a lifesaver! They really increase warmth and blood flow during anything involving repeated squats, and are especially helpful when I'm going heavy. They do tend to slip a little, but not to the point where they come off or are too low to provide support, and are easy enough to hike back up. So glad I got them!
Date published: 2014-10-25
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great support Sizing is very accurate, they fit perfectly. First time I wore them I felt the difference during squats (with and without weight). I was starting to feel pain in both of my knees during workout, that's why I ordered these, but after using them my knees feel so secure and pain is gone.
Date published: 2014-09-16
Rated 5 out of 5 by from I'll never squat without them!! Never used any type of knee support before but was having some joint point so I decided to give the Rehbands a try. Well worth it!!!! I dislocated my left knee a couple years back and its always acted up whenever I squat past 45 degrees. Now, im completely pain free. Great for wallballs, heavy squats, cleans, anything you can think off, also very easy to readjust and they do a good job of not bunching up in the back. I'm 5'11" 185# and mediums work great. only negative is they do hold quite a bit of swear so be sure to let them air out after a WOD. But overall, great purchase
Date published: 2014-09-10
Rated 5 out of 5 by from PAIN FREE!!! Used for the first time today PR my front squat and the first time after a WOD my knee didn't hurt. Just make sure you go down a size. Sizing chart said I should us a large but went with a small and glad I did. Couldn't be happier with them. Well worth the money!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Almost Perfect.. I've had these for about a little more than a month and used them about every other day other than weekends, and I loved them.. But just yesterday, I put them on and noticed a tear already on one of them at the bottom that was substantially wide. I've only washed them once, following rehband's instructions, and that was when I first received them from Rogue so it couldn't have been that. But otherwise, I love them, the support they offer, and they save my knees every time I use them but I just wish this didn't happen. In the end I'd still recommend them to a friend due to appearing to be the only one that's encountered this problem.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Rehband 7751 Women's knee support series I bought this last week & wore it for the first time today. I love it. I wear an XS. It fits perfect. I have a bad knee so this was perfect for lifting weights & running. So glad I got it. Plus pink is my favorite color.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worth the money..... I bought these a week ago, and have done a couple of WOD's plus alot of squating. Great buy worth the money. I orignally bought a pair of TK's cause they were cheaper... Well you get what you pay for, within two weeks they started to split in the back and after two months I had to tape them just to keep them on. Not the mention they rip all the hairs off your legs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from worth the price I struggle from a junkie right quad/IT band, which translates to knee pain probably 50% of the time, especially during early morning sessions. I went with rehband due to the name they have in the market as well as that I really only needed the one sleeve versus paying for 2. That aside, the knee sleeve is great! It does everything it's supposed to and keeps my knee very warm and loose, as well as pain free. I don't prefer the numbers game, but I had to do a return to get the proper size so I will spec myself out in hopes of helping somebody in a similar boat get the right size (I went tight too since that's ultimately the point- compression right?) I'm between 5'9 and 5'10, 170lb. FS is 275#. I went with an XS simply because the small seemed like it would move/slide down too much during reps. Hope that helps!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Meh...not too impressed but still decent I ordered a Large because of earlier reviews and others in the gym saying they slip down. Large fit fine but figured it would be too loose when getting stretched so i swapped out for the Medium. These things are hard to get around the calf but once on the knee are good at keeping knee warm, top part on the quad still folds down but they do not slide down any further. These do not support the knee but just keep them toasty and sweaty....for good support get the wraps for squats, otherwise these are fine. Buy size smaller than you need.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Won't Workout Without them I love these guys, worth the price! Just make sure you buy a pair smaller than your measured size as they will stretch.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing I was skeptical about buying this knee brace at first especially with it being a little pricey. It came in the mail today so i tried it out for the first time and couldn't be happier, and that's a big deal coming from a guy who has two bad knees. Best way to describe the way this brace feels is to say that it feels like your knee is being embraced by angels! I will definitely be purchasing one for my other knee.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great knee supports I bit the bullet and ponied up the $$ to try these. I used them the first time today for barbell squats and dead lifts. They more than met expectations. They stayed in place well, with only minor adjustments needed between sets. They were very comfortable, with no bunching or pinching behind the knee. Be careful with sizing, however. According to the chart on the web site, my measured calf size is 38 cm. That puts me in the Large category. But I had a hunch that they would be too big so I gambled and ordered the Mediums. Good thing - they're a perfect fit. The Larges would've slipped tight down. If in doubt, order one of each potential size then return/exchange accordingly. The only reason I didn't give a 5-star rating is the price. I think they're a bit pricey, skewing the price-value ratio. But I still would highly recommend them in a heart beat.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Didn't believe they would work so well.... I've suffered with knee pain the last few years (damaged cartilage under both kneecaps) and have undergone surgery in one knee and injections (orthovisc) in the other. With that, my squatting as diminished substantially and has caused me to squat very light and only once I awhile. Getting tired of this and not wanting to throw in the towel I recently purchased the bands for both knees. Wow, what a difference they have made in a short time. Even the first day, after warming up on my Concept 2 (also purchased from Rogue) I was able to squat, pain free, with substantially more weight then I have been using. My knees felt warm and supported, I was able to squat down in a good position and feel comfortable and stable in that position. It also felt like the weight was distributed in the right places, instead of in my knees! So happy I decided to pull the trigger and give these bands a try.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 20 lb PR first day with these It took me a long time to justify the high cost of these when I already had some knee sleeves, but now I regret waiting so long. These sleeves fit amazingly well (far better than the picture would suggest where they look bunchy). Unlike my other sleeves, I felt full support through my entire knee joint, and squatting with these felt completely different and much easier for me. Definitely lean towards a lower size if in doubt. I'm 6'3" 225 lb and a medium was perfect for me.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Go down a size! My knees have been bothering me lately so I bought these hoping they would help. Using the sizing chart I bought mediums since I measured at the top of that range. They worked pretty well for the first WOD but have seemed to get more loose with each subsequent WOD. I find myself having to pull them up often. They're no longer "like new" and I threw the boxes away so I can't return them. I'm going to buy some smalls and hope they work better. I think I'll like them once I get the right size, but the sizing chart leaves something to be desired. I'm not happy I have 2 knee sleeves I wore for less than a week and I'm out over $80.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Need a snugger fit... Measure and go a size down This was an error on my part.. I measured my legs and according to the chart I was a Large.. I knew better because I am usually a medium being that I don't have tree trunks for legs. The Large fit perfect for 2 weeks then they stretched, which i expected, but they started slipping and I found myself wasting time during WODs pulling them up.. No big deal, Im selling the Large Rehbands to a guy at my box and buying medium today. Excellent product! I usually wear them 30 minutes Prior to a WOD to warm up the knees!
