Great shirt for bench and squat
I bought two large shirts although I usually wear mediums and they fit perfectly. They are perfect for squats and bench press. The grip on the back sticks to the bar during squats and during bench press I can get into a favourable position without losing the position whilst unracking and during high rep sets. Highly recommend.

Good shirt! Works as intended. Fit is a little small...but that's the point. The shirt grips the bench or the bar during the squat.
If you go a size up, as other reviews have suggested, the shirt still grips but you'll just slide around inside of the shirt instead.

Fabric is a bit elastic so it clings to your body more than a basic cotton Tee. If you're in good shape then you look good in this situation, otherwise, buy a size up to avoid how this shirt will show off your body. I like the design, not too over the top with colors and emblems like many of the other A7 Fitness shirts on their official website.

I got it for my boyfriend as a gift and he wears it every time we go to the gym. I would love to see these shirts for women! I started low bar squatting and I’d really like to have one of these shirts to fit me as well.

My wife bought this as a birthday gift and it has been one of my favorite items to use in the gym. The shirt breathes surprisingly well and sticks to whatever surface you put it against. Eliminates the need for any chalk on your clothes for squats, bench and good mornings.

Get a size bigger than what you normally wear. They run small.
For barbells with no center knurl, these are a game changer with heavy squats...also helps grip the bench.

Great Fit!
This shirt prevents bar slippage while squatting and movement of upper body while benching. Especially good for bars without a center knurl. It does tend to stick a little to the bar so watch out for that. Wash on delicate and dry on no heat or hang dry.
