Bought the abmat preacher pad as a Christmas present for my brother. Used it at his house and was impressed by the quality and simplicity of it. It is firm and well made. The design tucks perfectly against your body and puts you in the proper position for an isolated preacher curl. Works great with barbell or dumbbells. Best part is it is easily stored taking up no room. Can’t say enough. Have bought a second one for my home gym. Fast shipping as well.

What a great idea. When you need a quick arm workout and have limited space this is the way to go

You don't know how valuable this thing is until you use it. I have an extensive home gym, but space is limited. I put my Rogue rackable EZ curl bar on the rack, put the AbMat preacher pad on a bench, kneel down and I have a great preacher bench. All without the space in my gym taken up by a single use preacher bench. I try to purchase equipment that have multiple uses or take up little space. If your wanting to do preacher curls ( and you should) this pad is a great way to accomplish this. Just add equipment you already have. Look at the cost of a quality preacher curl. The Cost for this AbMat is much less.
