Great Shoe, but Size Up!
I own a pair of the powerlift 3.1s and liked the cosmetic improvements made to the 4s. My 3.1s are a size 9.5 and figured that the same size would work for the 4s. Not so. Toes feel a bit squished and after going to try different sizes at a store, a size 10 would definitely have been the right call. That said, I'm still able to use the shoes after removing the insoles and it's still a great shoe for the price.

Excellent shoes
Use it for squats and even deadlifts. Heel is just about right for both movements.
Takes 2-3 weeks to get used to it (been lifting with flat soles all my life).
Very sturdy and very stable.
