Christmas Shipping Deadlines

1) Who do the shipping deadlines apply to?

A: Shipping deadlines apply to customers shipping within CONUS48.  This applies to parcel shipments only.

2) When do I need to order to make sure it gets to me by Christmas?

A: All Standard Ground parcel orders must be placed before 3pm EST on December 17th.   This only applies to parcel shipments within CONUS48.

3) Do you offer expedited shipping?

A:  Yes.  Orders that are eligible for expedited shipping will show available options at checkout. For further information, please Contact Us

4) Can I get expedited shipping if I live outside the US?

A: No, expedited shipping is only available to orders shipping within the US.

5) Which items can be guaranteed if I order before the deadline?

A: For guaranteed shipping, the item must be in stock at the Rogue warehouse at the time of purchase.  This does not include items shipped directly from a vendor. ZEUS Custom Products are not guaranteed to be delivered by Christmas.

6) Items in my cart have a lead time to ship - will they arrive before Christmas?

A: We cannot guarantee Christmas delivery for any item that is currently out of stock with a shipping lead time.
