The Concept 2 Rower provides one of the most comprehensive, full-body workouts of any fitness machine—adpatable for use in physical rehabilitation centers, but intensive enough to be used by the world's fittest athletes. The Model D includes improved ergonomically designed handles, adjustable foot-rests, and a flywheel designed for smooth movement with minimal noise. The unit quickly breaks down into two segments for storage, and a set of caster wheels enables easy transport. 

This precision-engineered Nordic skiing machine includes key indoor-rower elements like flywheel resistance and a state-of-the-art PM5 Performance Monitor, but turns the athlete’s orientation vertical, simulating the movements of real cross-country skiing with both double-pole and classic alternating arm technique. These movements offer one of the most challenging strength and endurance tests available, targeting the legs, arms, and core for a full body workout adaptable to any athlete’s size and skill level. Can be wall-mounted or set up free-standing with an optional Floor Stand.

The Concept 2 BikeErg is lighter and quieter than most stationary bikes and closer in feel to actual outdoor riding. The design is built around precision flywheel air resistance, creating a workout customized to any athlete who uses it. As you pedal harder, the intensity and challenge of the workout increases accordingly. At the same time, the inclusion of a clutch lets you freewheel like a standard bicycle, while a wide damper range re-creates the effect of changing gears. The BikeErg’s saddle and handlebars are adjustable, and users can even decide to attach their own bicycle seat, handlebars or pedals (most styles are compatible) to create the ultimate custom indoor bike.

All three Concept 2 machines include their own state-of-the-art PM5 Monitor, offering a wide range of instant data feedback, including pace, watts, cadence (rpm) and calories. These statistics are then saved and stored automatically in the monitor’s memory or an optional USB stick. The PM5 has both Bluetooth and ANT+ wireless options, so you can connect to most wireless heart rate belts, as well as Concept 2’s ErgData app and other third party apps. The PM5 takes two D-cell batteries and the power is generated by the flywheel when you ride, saving on battery life.

Each Concept 2 machine also shares the same durable American construction and unique flywheel air resistance system, featuring a fanned flywheel. To change how much air enters the flywheel housing on each movement, the machines include a unique spiral damper with adjustable settings much like the gears on a bike. This will determine how much energy will be needed to accelerate from one stroke to the next. It also makes the machines uniquely customizable to the skill sets and preferences of any athlete, regardless of size or experience.
