Conditioning Rope

Conditioning Ropes

Use these ropes to reach a whole new level of conditioning!

Conditioning Ropes began as a mainstay tool in MMA, and then CrossFit. It is now used by the majority of athletes who train for power and explosiveness. The battling rope is universal because it has an ability to build core strength and improve core-to-extremity strength that helps you to hit your next workout, or opponent, hard.

Power rope training is brutal in its hit to an athlete's conditioning and is an excellent developer of grip strength.

For even more fun, use two 6' ropes by having two athletes grab the ends of both ropes and see who can rip the ropes out of the other athlete's hands by using the same sine wave motion. Fun for hours!

Conditioning ropes must be anchored to a smooth, round surface.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Sheds Like a Beast Good ropes and great weight, but they shed so much. Every. Time. I’m vacuuming after every use and it’s definitely a deterrent to me using them.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good not great I bought the battle rope not too long ago. Use it a lot. Works very good only issues are the handles sliding off or the rope shedding a lot. Which I've seen some reviews on it already for the same issues.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Efficient & Great Quality Rope has been a great addition to my workout. A little messy with the shedding and luckily I read some previous reviews to avoid using the the rubber ends as they tend to fall off if used as the primary grasping area. Otherwise it has been worth every penny so far.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Battle Rope I purchased the rope a few months ago. So far, it has met my expectations.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Good weight, not the quality I was expecting Ordered a bunch of products to build our home gym, the conditioning rope being one of them. We already had a rope from another vendor, but the weight just wasn't right. This rope has good weight to it. Cons: for how much the rope cost, you would think that Rogue would have better end caps for the rope. Its a small band, not capped, that is barely the width of my hand, and can slide off the rope. I had to take it off, the rope in gorilla tape, and put the end cap back on. Also, for the first mont of use (using twice a week, sometime three times) the rope sheds its threads, similar to how a large breed dog sheds its winter coat. I assume this will stop after x amount of use. Overall, good rope, not great. Could be improved. If you are brand loyalist, like myself, reccomend buying with the understanding of its flaws. If not a brand loyalist, you can buy a better quality rope with better end caps (grips) and wont shed, for half the price but isn't as heavy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Can’t complain I bought this even after reading the bad reviews. I don’t have anything negative to say about it, it does what its suppose to do. its rope, it’s gonna leave debris on the floor. You’re banging it on the floor what do you expect. And the rubber used to keep it from unraveling...don’t use it as a grip. other than that, it’s a good workout and I will recommend this to anyone.
