Crash Cushions™ are a new type of noise-dampening pad developed by the makers of the AbMat and available here with exclusive Rogue branding.

Optimized for Olympic weightlifting and powerlifting, alike, Crash Cushions are cost-efficient, American-made shock-absorbing floor mats that dramatically reduce the sound and vibration of bars/plates on the drop. For large training facilities that operate near other businesses or a residential area, this offers a simple solution for being a less noisy neighbor. And for garage gym owners, it opens up the possibility of early morning / late night training without waking up the whole family.

AbMat’s Crash Cushions are sold in pairs and measure 30” x 24” x 6” with a weight of 23 LBS each. Backed by a one-year warranty, they’re constructed using dense rebond foam and durable 18 oz. Ripstop vinyl. A reinforced carry handle of 2” seatbelt webbing is also sewn in, enabling easier transport and storage.

Besides weightlifting, gym owners can utilize their Crash Cushion pads for a wide range of other uses, including introductory box jumps / steps training.
