Get abs like steel

If you want one piece of ab equipment to work every part of your abs, then the Spud Inc hanging ab straps are for you.

The hanging ab straps are constructed from durable webbing that will not fall apart or cut into your arms like most hanging ab equipment does. The webbing is wide and will support most of you upper arm, making it a more comfortable alternative for bigger guys. Plus, you don't have to worry about whether it will support your weight. At 1500LB of tensile strength in the webbing, Spud, Inc. hanging ab straps have even the biggest powerlifters covered.

The hanging ab straps come with spring clips big enough to fit most any pull-up bar. With the Spud Inc hanging ab straps it is possible to train your upper abs, lower abs, and even your obliques using only one piece of ab equipment. Whether you are looking for rock hard strong abs or a chiseled six-pack you can get it done with the hanging ab straps.

Specifications:

  • Length: with included clip, each strap hangs approximately 28.5" from top of bar

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great quality, but too long I love Spud gear. I own about half of their entire product line. Like all Spud products, the ab straps are extremely well made and I wish I could give them 5 stars. Sadly these ab straps don't work well for me. I am 5'9" and can stand flat footed with my arms in the straps when I hang them on my RML-390BT rack. A 90" high pull-up bar is too low for these straps, unless you are probably 5'5" or shorter. Double wrapping the loop strap around the pull-up bar makes them useable, but only just. If you are taller than me, then I suggest you have a high pull-up bar to make these work. I will put these away and go back to my old, not so nice, shorter ab straps. What a shame.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from sturdy Bought these about a month ago, built strong enough to lift an elephant except for the strap that you use to connect it to the rack. Skimped on the most important link in the chain in my opinion.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice straps for leg up ab raises These work great with my RML 490 rack, I just leave them on and slide them to the side when not in use. I like the stiff firm build more than the softies at my local gym.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Will not fail I bought these once I found out Rogue sold them! They are perfect and weighty and very comfortable even if pressed up against the armpits. I don't think it's possible to rip this material or bust the carabiners . I plan on using them for a very long time!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good piece of equipment, but... Had a couple of wrist injuries back to back, so I purchased these to maintain my regular workout routine. They're great, but as was already mentioned, the carabiners are subpar. I took another star off because they do not handle a wash well at all. For something that rests right under your pits, and picks up a bit of stench after a while, you'd think they would make them with regular washing in mind. The black dye started coming off and some of the meshing started to wear after a single wash. I started spraying them with cleaner after every use and washing them less frequently. Definitely air dry since it does not seem to hold up very well.
