Great Quality of Materials
The Strength of the materials and especially the laces is awesome. The Harnesses fit well within the size groups because the material slides and the adjustable strap. The one negative I experienced working with the 15 harnesses in my footballteam is that the buckle can fall of the strap if players are sloppy taking the harness off.

I bought this to use pulling the sled on the turf and while it said it should work for my weight as a small it was still way to big. I love the quality and materials but the actual size just would not work for me. i would recommend this for a larger size person but I am 5'2" and 125 lbs

Bought this to use in conjunction with a Rogue Fatboy. It works well, def want to wear a shirt with this due to some heavy duty resign on it. Ladies not sure how comfortable with would be for you but I love how it adjusts for multiple people and is comfier than rigging a strap. It can be worn backwards or forwards and the seatbell like clip is very secure.

Nice but pricey
As usual, Spud makes high quality but pricey items. I find this more comfortable than using a sling around your shoulders for sled pulling and I don't need to worry about slippage. Should last a lifetime.
