Designed in collaboration with Mutant Metals, this patent-pending system brings an unprecedented level of customization to both cable and landmine training. Compatible with standard single and dual cable setups, the ARC allows athletes to personalize their training across a wide range of movements and equipment. For landmine use, we've teamed up with Darko Lifting to integrate protective plastic components that prevent metal-on-metal contact on the landmine version of the ARC, protecting your barbell sleeve from wear and damage during training.
CUSTOMIZABLE HANDLE OPTIONS
The ARC Cable Attachment features a refined design that makes it easier than ever to attach and swap handles based on your training needs. Integrated CNC-machined, internally threaded barrels allow the handles to screw directly into the frame—eliminating the need for a separate locking nut. This streamlined setup ensures fast handle changes while maintaining a secure, stable connection.
Handle length options include 5”, 8”, and 12”, with 15” and 18” coming soon, making it easy to customize grip width, movement pattern, or exercise variation. Choose from three attachment angle options—5°, straight, or -5°—to dial in the ideal setup for your training.
Aluminum: Available in 5”, 8”, and 12” lengths, each with tapped ends for flanged end caps. Available in anodized finishes including black, gun metal, blue, red, pink, and green.
Steel: Available in 5”, 8”, 15”, and 18” lengths, with 15” and 18” options machined hollow to reduce weight without compromising durability. The shorter 5” and 8” lengths feature tapped ends for optional flanged end caps. Matte black finish comes standard for all steel handles.
Stainless Steel: Available in 5”, 8”, 15”, and 18” lengths, with 15” and 18” options machined hollow to reduce weight without sacrificing strength. The 5” and 8” handles include tapped ends for optional flanged end caps. Stainless construction offers added corrosion resistance and a clean, polished finish.
*Previous versions of the Mutant Metals UDA handles are compatible with the ARC attachment. It should be noted that solid steel handles are heavier, and cable attachments should be supported when changing weights.
VERSATILE MOUNTING OPTIONS
The ARC features a central cable attachment point along with two additional mounting holes, allowing athletes to use single or multi-point cable resistance setups without requiring extra hardware. A dedicated landmine sleeve hole on the landmine version expands its utility even further, enabling barbell-based landmine training with no modifications. The protective plastic inserts on the landmine version—developed in collaboration with Darko Lifting—ensure smooth rotation while safeguarding your barbell sleeve.

In line with the Rogue Mutant Metals UDA, the ARC Cable Attachment is overbuilt for serious training environments. Precision-machined, rock-solid, and made to withstand repeated high-volume use, it’s equally at home in garage gyms and commercial facilities. Multiple finish options round out the design, matching your training space with long-term durability.
Warning: Cable machines from different manufacturers will have different amounts of resistance when unloaded which may or may not balance the weight of the attachment. Therefore it is important that the attachment is always supported while changing the weight to prevent it from falling and causing injury.
