Nike Metcon 4 - Women's
Light Pumice / Clay Green / White / Vast Grey

Nike’s most durable cross-training shoe yet, the Metcon 4 is equally equipped for speed, grip, explosiveness, and stability. This design introduces an updated, reinforced textured print from toe to heel; an increase to six eyelets for better precision lacing; and a new array of color combinations.

With a drop-in midsole, low-profile rubber heel, and exclusive Flywire technology, Metcons deliver a lockdown fit and a dependable flat platform foundation for heavy lifts. The shoe’s molded flex grooves, light breathable construction, and sticky rubber forefoot also give an athlete added pivot-grip and support through sprints, rope climbs, box jumps, distance runs, sled training, and day-to-day abuse.

An abrasion-resistant film around the midfoot is critical to reducing heat and friction during a high octane training regimen, while the Metcon’s dependable traction performs on the gym floor, the track, and training grounds far off the beaten path.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Probably great for narrow feet Barefoot shoe user looking for crossfit shoe. Returned after trying on. Not wide enough in the toe box.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great fit The shoes have a great fit and you can actually run in them which is nice. The only thing I don't like is the silver tongue on the shoe.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best sneaker!!! I bought these after I had the nano 7 and I fell in love. Best sneaker for crossfit!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Circuit training Bought these for cross fit/circuit training. They work well for that purpose. Not intended for running on treadmill. I use Jacobs Ladder 4 times per week and they are pretty thin for that machine and hurt my feet. Other than that are a good work out shoe.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best training shoe ever! I have been using this product for about 2 months and I am in love. They are so comfortable from the start, my foot doesn't slide, and is a great shoe for metcons and OLY lifts. They also look Badass!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lightweight but sturdy Love the Metcon4’s, I wore my Metcon 2’a for two year and wasn’t sure the new ones would compare. The 4’s are lighter and just as sturdy!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible I've always worn Nanos, but the 8s felt clunky so I tried the Metcons. They are terrible for Crossfit. They literally feel like I'm wearing paddles on my feet. Running is nearly impossible. Perhaps they might be good for lifting, but isn't that what lifters are for? I'm not a fan.
