Not great. Not even good. Miss the mark by a mile.
Even though these are an improvement from the Romaleos 3 which were a steaming pile of waste, Nike really showed they just want to make cheap fashionable shoes and print their profits. I wore these for 3 lifting sessions, a week of training for me, a Masters 81kg weightlifter and the Velcro straps began to fail. After 2 months of training, the foot bed began to split on my rear foot for the jerk. Then the other shoe started doing the same. These are $200 of trash. Read the other reviews from people who don’t Olympic lift or wear these for the intended purpose. Do not buy.

Shoes are like being stuck in cement
I lifted in these shoes trying them out (a friend owned them) and my goodness. When I did OHS it was like I was immovable. No matter how the weight and bar wanted to push me the shoes just didn't allow my feet to move or my heels to raise off the floor. I was actually shocked how well the shoes kept you from moving or compensating. I'd 1k times buy them and will once they're in stock.

Get half size up!!
I got this Nike Romaleos 4 for doing more powerlifting squats and box squats. This is an excellent investment as this shoe’s hard bottom makes all the difference! I highly recommend getting it. It is an expensive shoe but just like any other sports, you need the right shoe for the right purpose. This is my first weightlifting shoe and I love it! Highly recommend it and make sure you get half a size up as you do not want it too loose. Nice and snug is the right fit. Plus the two straps helps the foot from moving forward, nice and stable.

Worth the cost
Definitely expensive but read a review that they were the best weightlifting shoes money can buy, so gave them a try and am glad I did. Excellent support and stability and they look great as well (I bought the black ones). I own a couple of Reebok weight-lifting shoes but these Nike blow them away. Then again for how much they cost, you would expect that, and am happy to report they do.

Best weightlifting shoes so far
Bought these shoes 2 months ago and I have no complaints or even suggestions for improvements. Women's shoes are far too narrow for me but these men's Nike 4s fit great. The shoe is wide enough and the material is flexible enough that I can lift with no pain. Yet it provides a great platform with 2 opposing straps and a stiff base. I highly recommend these shoes.
