I bought this bench almost a year ago and it has been my best equipment purchase. It's extremely heavy duty with heavy guage steel on all components with an oversize spotter stand. Great heavy duty bench surface with non-slip material. Easy to adjust rack stand and spotting arms . Includes band attachments.
