Rogue Adjustable Monolift – Monster Lite

The Rogue Adjustable Monolift attachment is a great cost-efficient alternative to expensive, full-scale monolift units, giving athletes a way to perform heavy-weight squats and other lifts without having to walk the bar out from the rack.

Sold in pairs, this version of the Monolift system is designed for use with 3x3" Monster Lite racks and rigs, but can also be easily retro-fitted for the 2x3" Infinity Series. Once set up, the Monolift's redesigned, J-Cup-style pin system allows for easier height adjustments and quicker transfers from one athlete to the next. We’ve also reduced the overall size of the brackets and added new UHMW plastic liners to better protect the bar’s knurl and finish.

Each Adjustable Monolift set includes a pair of rack-mounted brackets with 0.75" thick steel jaw hooks. These hooks are built with special counterweight handles at the top, so when you lift a barbell off the Monolift, the hooks will swing several inches back toward the rack and stay there. This clears up enough extra space to go straight into your workout, and also enables safe re-racking, as the slanted angle of the unloaded hooks makes it easy to guide the bar in, swinging the Monolift back into its original position. A pair of 0.625" hitch pins is also included in every order to lock the unit into place and prevent any unwanted swinging out.

Height adjustments can be made in increments as small as 1", and with Rogue’s unique design—featuring a “backstop” bolt above each primary hook bolt—the Monolift cannot move further away from the rack while the user is setting up. This feature is not found on comparable attachments on the market.

Please Note: While the Rogue Monolift Attachment can be safe for solo use, it’s always recommended to have spotters available for heavier lifts. Rogue also highly recommends mounting the Monolift to a rack or rig that’s securely fastened to the floor and/or wall.

*Infinity Series Retro-Fit Kit: Owners of an Infinity rig or rack can add this kit to their order via the column on the right. It includes 4 UHMW plastic pieces and 8 screws to secure the plastic to the clasp of each unit.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Mono lift Disappointed the mono lift didn’t have UMW liners to protect the rack.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great addition with 1 minor issue Bought these a few months ago and they truly replicate the feel of getting a lift-off. In fact, it's even better since your set-up stays consistent and there is no risk of the spotter just dumping the bar on you. It takes some time getting used to and finding the right groove but once you master it your bench will feel that much better. I see a lot of people complaining that the hooks are too small and that they often struggle to re-rack the bar; I've had no such issues. My only problem is that one of the monolift arms I've purchased has started "rusting": once the bar is de-racked it won't go back all the way and stay in the path of the incoming barbell. If anyone has had that issue before, I'd love to hear a solution.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent build quality and value. Just what I needed for using bands and chains. Conserve energy for the lift instead of struggling with walking out and setting up. These things are solid and are very worth it. By using bands and chains, strength gains have definitely gone up in the short period since I got these. I've been on the fence about purchasing for a while. Finally did it and quickly realized I should've bought these a lot sooner. Very happy. I use these mostly for squats but also like using them for benching. Thank you!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It works like you expect it to. Sweet, heavy duty product (per usual with Rogue I feel like). You certainly pay for it, though (also per usual with Rogue)!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Right Way to Train I've had mine for a few weeks now and use them with most of my heavy lifts. Overall, I am really happy with them. They are built to the Rogue "tank" standard. They are sturdy and look great; and with that Rogue quality comes the Rogue price... Which is why it took so long for me to buy them. That said, I'm happy I bought them. I am about 10 months post shoulder surgery and I already feel the difference in my shoulders. After using these, I feel more sturdy in all my lifts, and my shoulders don't ache as much after chest day :) A few things of note: 1) Make sure and take the time to adjust the bolts; mine had to be adjusted. 2) It takes a few sessions to get used to not stepping back when squatting or pushing the weight forward when benching. 3) Typically, I would throw the weight on to the J-hooks after lifting on the bench... These aren't as deep, so I've bounced it out of the monolift hooks a few times. Thankfully, I had the safeties set. I'm use to them now, but the first time it happened I was quite surprised because I wasn't expecting it. 4) Lastly, watch your fingers when adjusting them. These things have pinched me a few times, but it's a lesson I've learned the hard way and am very conscious of it now. It's a great buy and was worth the money for me.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Product But ... This is a great product. Works extremely well. I bought the adjustable model for the 2X3 frame with the kit to make it fit correctly. Love it. I would add one thing to the item. A safety catch to hold the arm in place for when changing from one level to the other. You have to be very careful not to get a finger under the arm. As these are heavy duty, the weight is pretty heavy if you get a finger in the wrong place.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Crazy expensive but outstanding build quality I picked these up because I know Rogue quality is always top notch...and when it comes to safety equipment, I only go for what I know is best. These work exactly as described, are super heavy duty and feel like they will last the next 100 years. Only complaint is that it's kind of ridiculously expensive given what it is...but knowing they will never fail on me is worth it

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Work excellent Had these for a few months now and have used them 8 times. They work excellent! Put the bar right on the sweet spot. Able to really pin your back to the pad. And not using shoulder muscles to unrack is great and helped in reducing pain I was having. There sturdy as all get out. Rock solid. Great product and a game changer.
