MULTI-GRIP HANDLE CABLE ATTACHMENT

The Rogue CG-3NF is a narrow-width cable attachment designed for close-grip cable training with added customization. Built in the USA with laser-cut ¼” aluminum side plates and finished in our signature texture black powdercoat, this attachment delivers heavy-duty strength in a lightweight design. A double sided stainless steel clevis plate connects securely to most standard cable machines, and bright zinc hardware adds long-term corrosion resistance.

CUSTOM GRIP OPTIONS

The CG-3NF includes two handle styles, straight and angled (available in 16 or 20 degrees), allowing you to choose the feel and wrist positioning that works best for their training. Straight handles can be mounted at three different widths—6”, 8”, and 10”—for varied grip spacing, while the 16-degree angled handles offer two possible width settings. Both handle types are knurled using the same knurl pattern used on our flagship Ohio Bar, delivering a secure grip without being too aggressive. The entire attachment can also be flipped to accommodate pronated or supinated grip work, adding more variety to rows, pulldowns, and other cable machine movements.

STREAMLINED DESIGN

The compact profile of the CG-3NF makes it ideal for small spaces and isolation work, whether in a home gym or a larger facility. Nylon washers are included to protect the powdercoat finish when adjusting the handle positions, and all components are secured with high-quality zinc-plated hardware.
