The Rogue H-5P Paddle Handles are interchangeable 5" handles designed to add hand-positioning options to Rogue CG Series cable attachments. Their contoured shape provides a comfortable grip for pulling movements, including lat pulldowns, rows, and other cable exercises. Each pair features a 32MM diameter grip made from GripTech Polyurethane and is available with bright zinc or black zinc hardware. For a traditional straight-handle option, see the Rogue H-5 Handles.

CONTOURED GRIP FOR PULLING MOVEMENTS

The contoured paddle shape distributes contact across the palm and heel of the hand, providing a more supportive grip than a traditional straight handle. This design reduces reliance on finger strength alone and can help limit grip fatigue during exercises such as lat pulldowns and rows.

The semi-neutral handle orientation provides a consistent hand position throughout each repetition, supporting a natural-feeling wrist and arm position during pulling movements. The fixed design also maintains a predictable grip orientation for controlled, repeatable training.
