Rogue's Figure 8 Lifting Straps feature an extra-strength cotton webbing in a basket weave for superior reinforcement, reliability and comfort. Sized for use on a deadlift bar, the double-loop design can help athletes focus on their pull, and greater weight loads, without having to worry as much about grip.
These straps are made in the USA and sold in pairs. They’re available here in black with exclusive Rogue branding. One size fits most users.
How to Use: Rogue’s Heavy Duty Figure 8 Lifting Straps are worn by placing the wrist through one loop, swinging the other loop under the barbell, then putting your wrist through the second loop. This secures the bar in place, reducing stress on the grip / wrists. Both the bar and strap will need to be gripped firmly before performing a lift.

Summary of Reviews
The lifting straps received mixed reviews. Many users found the straps to be well-made and effective, providing a secure grip and allowing them to lift heavier weights. However, some customers reported the straps were too large and bulky, causing discomfort or difficulty using them. Additionally, several users noted the straps were stiff and thick, leading to discomfort or pain during use. While the straps were durable and high-quality, the one-size-fits-all design did not work for all users, particularly those with smaller wrists and hands. Providing different size options could help address these concerns.
