Rated 3 out of 5 by from Gets my shoulders burning I love how this adds something extra to my morning cardio work. Only downside is I use it every day and the cables that hit the floor are breaking. Just had to buy a rubber tube to cover it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Decent Rope Cons: I wasn’t a big fan of the handles and the way the rope was attached to them. The rope or I should say wore was also pretty thick and coiled really easily when doing crisscrosses. Pros: It was very sturdy and had a good weight to it. I jump rope about half an hour 4 times a week and didn’t any wear so I can say the durability is awesome. Conclusion: I probably won’t buy this Jump rope again but that my preference. It is still a very sturdily built rope.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Scary, but awesome! This thing sounds like it’s going to cut my head off if I use it wrong, but it gives me a great shoulder and cardio workout. Great for grip strength maintenance!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Complete workout I typically enjoy weighted jump ropes in which the handles are weighted. Most of the weight on this product comes from the rope itself. At first it was quite awkward to use because it is much harder to turn the rope at the same rate as other ropes. I like stacking this rope first then followed by a more commonly used weighted handle rope once I notice fatigue in my forearms/grip.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great way to mix it up! I bought this a few weeks ago and it’s a cool way to mix things up. It came right before the corona virus shelter in place so it has been a great new edition to the home gym.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent bit of kit! Bought this a few weeks ago and I'm very happy with my purchase! I'm based in the UK and searched high and low for quality weighted jump ropes, many I came across were of a substandard contruction and greatly overpriced for what they were. Then I came across Rogue fitness and I'm glad I did. Yes, It was expensive (for a jump rope) but the quality, build and weight was perfect for my needs. Can't fault it!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great rope I wish it had handles that allow the rope to spin, but the extra wrist torque is not so bad
