Using the ZEUS customization tools in the purchase area, Rogue’s HG 2.0 Bumper Plates can now be ordered with your own unique logo (or a preset Rogue design), original text, and preferred text color. This makes it easy to match a full set of plates to the branding of your gym, business, school, etc. Once uploaded, the custom design will appear on the top panel of each plate you order, on both the front and back. ZEUS options are also available with our LB Training Plates 2.0 (Black or Color) and Urethane Plates (Black or Color).
These custom HG bumpers are manufactured to the same general specs as our standard HG’s, with a 450MM diameter across all weight increments, a stainless steel insert, and a distinctive smooth finish. A tested Shore A durometer of 88 ensures a minimal bounce on the drop and a durable long-term performance. All HG 2.0 plates are also officially approved for use with the United States Army’s Combat Fitness Test.
Rogue guarantees that our ZEUS HG Bumpers are within +/- 1% of their claimed weight. If a plate does not conform, it does not ship. Check out the comparison chart on this page to see the width measurements of each plate.

Custom Options with ZEUS Plates
Pick Your Own Plate Style
Along with the HG 2.0 Plates featured above, customers can also use the ZEUS customization tool with our Color LB and Black LB Training Plates, as well as our Black Urethane and Color Urethane Bumpers. All options have a proven track record and a Shore A durometer of at least 88, ensuring a minimal bounce on the drop.
Add a Custom Logo
Once you’ve selected your preferred plate style, you can take the extra step of adding a personalized image or logo, which will appear on the top panel of each plate you order, on both the front and back. Logos can be conveniently uploaded via the dropdown menu in the purchase area. Please Note: Submitted images must be your own images or images which you have the legal right to reproduce. Rogue cannot reproduce any trademarked or copyrighted images or logos (unless they are accompanied by the proper legal permission from the owner) and we have the right to reject any image deemed obscene, derogatory, discriminatory, or unlawful.
Add Custom Text
Either as an alternative or in addition to a logo, customers can also add custom text to their plates, which can be entered in directly via the ZEUS menu. Please Note: Rogue reserves the right to reject any custom text that may be obscene, derogatory, discriminatory, unlawful, or that violates another person's privacy.
Add Rogue Designs
Don’t have a logo of your own but still want to customize the look of your plates? We have a collection of our own original Rogue designs which are available as options in the ZEUS menu.
Change Text / Graphic Color
Any uploaded images and text can be changed to more than a dozen different colors in the ZEUS menu. Try out the different options to get the right look for your gym, team, or business.
