Rogue MLite/Infinity Monolift Attachment

The rack-mounted Rogue Monolift Attachment is compatible exclusively with our Infinity and Monster Lite Series, and offers a great cost-efficient alternative to expensive, full-scale monolift units. Sold in pairs, these 3/4” thick metal hooks are designed with special counterweight handles at the top, so when you lift a barbell off the Monolift, the hooks will swing several inches back toward the rack and stay there. This clears up enough extra space to go straight into your squats or other lifts without having to walk the bar out from the rack. Re-racking is also easy, as the slanted angle of the unloaded hooks allows you to guide the bar in, swinging the Monolift back into its original position.

The Monolift Attachments can be mounted to any Infinity or Monster Lite upright using the included 5/8” hardware. Mounting holes on the unit itself are 5/8” diameter and 1” on center. Once set up, the hooks have two adjustment positions that allow for height changes as small as 1/2” increments. Rogue’s design also includes a “backstop” bolt above each primary hook bolt, ensuring that the Monolift won’t move further away from the rack while the user is setting up. This feature is not found on comparable attachments on the market.

Each Monolift hook, or jaw, has a 1.25” high lip and a front-to-back depth of 2.75”, making it compatible with nearly all standard barbells as well as some specialty bars like the Camber Bar and Safety Squat Bar. We've also sandwiched the hooks between two pieces of 9/16” thick UHMW plastic—which not only protect the bar’s knurl and finish, but also make it easier for the user to slide the bar left or right into the correct position before a lift.

The Rogue Monolift Attachment is made in America and strong enough to handle a massive amount of weight. It’s designed to be safe for solo use, but for heavier lifts, it’s always recommended to have spotters available. Rogue also highly recommends mounting the Monolift to a rack or rig that’s securely fastened to the floor and/or wall.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome! After using another manufacturer's product I felt it was time to upgrade and boy did I! The quality of material, construction and appearance surpassed any expectations I had. It bolted into my rack in minutes and a heavy squat workout the next day. Extremely pleased and looking forward to more purchases from Rogue in the future.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome...!!! When I found this product on the Rogue website I was blown away with the concept and wondered why no one had designed something like this already..?? I bought it and attached it to my Half-Rack which although was not a Rogue product it was still easily fitted with no drama. The first squat session was fantastic...!!! This product works and works well...!!! Highly recommended...!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Like getting a perfect lift-off for bench I actually picked this up as a way to essentially give myself a liftoff for bench and save some wear and tear on my shoulders from unracking heavy weights. It works great and I am really happy with the product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not just for Squats Great product at a great price. In addition to the squat, we utilize this for bench pressing. The lifter can set directly under the bar in the perfect groove and unrack the bar without resetting.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great product with a few glaring flaws The monolift itself is great, replicates crepinsek “poor man’s monolift” for a lower cost and typical rogue finish. The first issue is the UHMW. The plastic doesn’t go up far enough to protect the bar from metal on metal contact. On my second lift, I already had red paint on my bar. It’s a shame to buy a brand new product and have to tape it up with electrical tape to make up for poor design. http://i.imgur.com/xq9sgKu.jpg That is how the UHMW needs to be to protect the bar and the monolift. Not sure why rogue skimped on a little bit of cheap plastic. The second issue is adjustability of the monolift. A swing arm with pins (like the spotter arms) would have been a much better way of adjusting the monolift for different heights. Wait for version 2.0 when rogue actually gives you proper bar protection and hopefully make the monolift more adjustable.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Monolift Attachement Review Santa brought this for my Infinity R3. Overall, very happy with the product. You get monolift functionality at a fraction of the cost. Build is solid and installation is simple. A few nitpicks prevent this from being 5 stars: 1) Limited height adjustments - ok if you are lifting solo in your basement as you can set and forget, but if you have a crew, you need to have an impact wrench handy if you have lifters requiring different height settings. 2) My R3 rack is bolted to the floor, but the installing the monolift attachments on the upper part of the rack has introduced some side-to-side wobble. I am thinking of installing another cross member directly above the attachments to increase the stability. 3) Re-racking the bar on the hooks is metal on metal and has caused the red finish in the contact area to flake off onto the bar. Rogue should add PVC in this area to protect the attachments and bar. Well worth the money.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Mark and Jesse nailed it For 1/10 the price of a traditional monolift this product is awesome! After a few quick sets of use, the benefits became apparent. Buy it.
