Compatible exclusively with Rogue’s Monster Series rigs, racks, and squat stands, the fully redesigned Monster Landmine 2.0 offers athletes a dynamic weapon for developing rotational stability and explosive, core-to-extremity power transfers.
This compact accessory mounts easily to a 3x3” upright using our quick and secure Monster Knurled Knob. Once set up, the user can insert a standard Olympic bar into the landmine’s 10" long DOM steel pivot sleeve—creating a stable, upright barbell station for a wide range of rotational training exercises, including: landmine rows, landmine press, standing barbell Russian twist, bent over rows, push press, push jerks, cleans, and deadlifts.
The Monster Landmine 2.0 is Made in the USA and equipped with bronze bushings and a machined aluminum joint for smoother, quieter, more fluid movements. If you already own a Monster rig/rack/stand, this is an essential addition to a serious rotational power training program.
Important: The Monster Knurled Knob does NOT have a locking feature, and thus should be checked prior to each use. The knob could potentially be loosened more quickly under dynamic movements.

Key Features of the Rogue Monster Landmine 2.0:
Quick Attach Knob
Version 2.0 of the Monster Landmine comes standard with one of our Monster Knurled Knobs. This knob includes an acetal insert to protect the finish of your upright, and its quick-attach design allows the user to easily remove and/or change the location of the Landmine; ideal for racks utilized by multiple athletes.
Rogue Machined Parts
Additional new elements with this design include a machined aluminum joint (with a black Cerakote finish and negative-space "ROGUE" branding) and a 1” solid steel mounting axle. The aluminum block is held in place via a machined shaft collar and a knurled spacer. Bronze bushings at both the axle-to-joint connection and sleeve-tube-to-joint connection create a smoother, quieter, more fluid movement of the unit as you train. The knob, spacer, shaft collar and axle are all finished in our premium Proprietary Matte Black finish.
