Product Description
The Rogue Shrimp Trawler was designed to increase the wingspan and versatility of an existing rig/rack without adjusting its footprint or giving up a pull-up bar spot. This 3x3” version of the attachment is compatible exclusively with our Monster Series uprights (a separate 2x3” version is available for Infinity and Monster Lite units). Using the included mounting hardware, users can easily install the Monster Shrimp Trawler off the edge of a rig to create an additional rings station, or off the side of a power rack to provide a stable space for hanging a heavy bag.

Made in the USA from quality 11-gauge steel, each Shrimp Trawler measures just under 42.875" in length, and includes a Medium Gloss Black powdercoat finish with (2) Black Zinc Monster Bolt Assemblies. The mounting plate itself is 15" long and features 3 holes spaced 6" on center, along with a laser-cut Rogue logo.
Please Note: For best results, we recommend pairing the Monster Shrimp Trawler with a pair of our Monster Shackles as mounting points for your rings or heavy bag.

Important Safety Warnings:
- Your rig should be bolted to the ground before using the Shrimp Trawler.
- There should be a minimum of 10 feet between multiple trawlers. This prevents athletes from colliding during muscle-ups.
- J-cups and any other objects must be removed from the rig and the area around the rig must be clear prior to use.
This item is NOT compatible with Rogue’s Echo, Infinity, or Monster Lite rigs.

Spacing for bolts is incompatible with crossbars
I cannot hang it higher because some designer desided that the spacing for bolts should be 6” while the spacing for crossbars is 4”. Now I am losing precious 4” of height for my heavy bag because of this design decision!!

Does What It Should
This is the second one I’ve purchased. Does as outlined and remains a quality product. I installed it into a large wood stud so a trip to the hardware store for lag screws was needed. Rating 4 stars for the extra hassle getting it installed, but wouldn’t hesitate to buy again in the future.

Great piece of equipment!
The Arm is a great addition to our gym. The Shrimp Trawler arm is used with a heavy bag (110lbs) and can handle a good workout without any issues.

Set up too low
Great quality as usual from Rogue. I set up the trawler for rings on a RM490 rack. Longer bolts would have allowed for a higher set up by anchoring it through the cross member.

Needs more holes
Wish it had vertical holes for additional attachment modalities similar to monster rack cross member, and an additional mounting holes in the side at e dave spacing as the monster pull up bar.

New Monster Trawler
I added the to my garage set up last month and I am really pleased! Like everything Rogue makes, it is super sturdy and well built. I'd have preferred it color matched my Gun Metal Monster Rack but it is what it is.
I'd suggest you get a buddy to help hang it. I didn't, and it dropped from 8 feet... my painted floor didn't fair too well but the Trawler was unharmed. LoL
