  • 1Custom Cerakote Color Options

This is our first pull-up bar available in exclusive Cerakote color finishes. Cerakote is used widely in the gun industry for its remarkable durability in thin applications, and it delivers superb abrasion/wear/corrosion resistance over time—100X that of standard black zinc. Match your bar to your existing rack, a team color scheme, etc.

A stainless steel version is available at a reduced price, and does NOT include the Rogue logo.

  • 2Knurl Option

Both the Cerakote and stainless steel Socket Pull-Up Bar can be ordered in your choice of a Smooth (no knurl) or Knurled version. The knurled bar features a smooth center portion that’s 17.4" wide, with dual knurl marks on each end that match the spacing on standard Olympic and Powerlifting barbells. The knurl pattern is firm enough for a reliable added grip, but non-abrasive.

  • 3Quality Rogue Construction

The Monster Lite Socket Pull-Up Bar is a single, solid round bar, precision machined in the USA using 7-gauge steel. It’s compatible with any 43” space on a Monster Lite Series rack or rig, and is equipped with a pair of durable mounting sockets to insure its stability after installation. Two button-head screws lock the bar into the sockets to prevent spinning (a 7/32” allen wrench is required to tighten), and all needed hardware is provided and finished in Black Zinc. The combined weight of the pull-up bar and sockets (excluding the hardware) is 16LB.

  • 4Interchangeability

Customers wishing to purchase multiple Socket Pull-Up Bars of different finishes can swap out one bar for another inside any compatible rack/rig. This allows multiple athletes to switch out bars with/without knurling, or to change colors if a certain team is coming in to train. The bar will need to be dis-assembled from the rack before making a swap.

  • 5Part of the Rogue Family

The Socket Pull-Up Bar is part of growing arsenal of Rogue weight training equipment featuring new color finish options. You can customize your entire gym with a Cerakote Ohio Bar, Cerakote Bella Bar, or a Monster Lite Power Rack in a range of semi-gloss color finishes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Exactly what I was looking for Exactly what I was looking forI’ve got a very small, low ceiling basement, and doing pull ups is a real chore when you’re trying to find a place to hang a pull up bar. That’s probably fit perfectly with the monster late wrap that I bought and I cannot be happier.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Bar We ordered the red bar with the knurling and it looks fantastic. My wife and I love the smaller diameter - it fits our hands much better than the standard bar. I took a star off because of the knurling. I spent a lot of time imagining whether or not knurling on a pull-up bar would be a good idea, and decided to try it based on Rogue's description of being "firm enough for a reliable added grip, but non-abrasive." It's certainly not "aggressive," but it is abrasive. I'd call it moderate. It would feel great on a barbell, but I think a lighter knurling would feel much better on this bar when doing pull-ups. For reference, we're in our 40's with aging hands. I'm sure some people will find the knurling to be just fine. The smooth cerakote finish would have been perfect for us. I didn't think there would be a big enough difference from the standard pull-up bar if I had ordered it without the knurling, but I can tell from the smooth section of this bar that there would have been. So if you're on the fence like I was, I would recommend ordering the smooth unless you've already had a chance to try it with the knurling. You won't be disappointed (especially if you have small to average size hands).
