Got my own for the gym and it works absolutely wonderful

I originally had a DMoose belt that the seams eventually ripped loose on so I replaced it with a Spud that I returned because it was very uncomfortable to me. Then I ordered this Rogue belt, it is so comfortable it totally eliminates all the distraction of straps digging into my body and let’s me concentrate on the movement. It is worth the money

Compared to other belt squat belts I’ve used in the past, this one is all around superior. It’s easy to use and extremely comfortable under heavy load. The price point is not a bank breaker either.

I've lived with this belt for the better part of the year, since it came with the Rhino Belt Squat. It is truly the worst belt with the worst design available. I wanted to like it and and I did my best to make it work, but it's terrible. The main issue is the padding. It's so thick, it doesn't allow the belt to conform to the lifter's body/hips. When you descend in the squat, the thick padding hits the lifter's thighs and the belt gets subsequently pushed up, riding up to the lifter's middle back area. This is possibly the worst position for the belt to rest on the body and it throws off the entire leverages of the machine, placing the weight on the middle back and knees. I tried to adjust things to make it work but no matter what I did, the belt will not stay put where it's supposed to sit on the hips. I replaced it with a Spud belt and couldn't be happier with the quality, comfort, and performance of that belt. Rogue needs to ditch this design and start over. Just know, if you buy the Rhino, you're going to need to replace the belt out of the gate.

I bought this so I can do weighted dips, pull ups, etc. It doesn't come with anything to hook them up. I guess this is meant to be bought and used just for people with a belt squat machine. The chain I have isn't long enough so I can put on limited amounts of weight and it will swing and hit me in the goods.

Had a little over a month I use it for reverse sled pulls. Its super comfortable easy to adjust and just looks cool. I do recommend it, but not coming with a carabiner or chain is why only 4 stars.

Needed solid belt for belt squats..Tried several, some better than others..The Rogue Multi Belt is head and shoulders above the others..Well worth the cost...
