The Rogue Shorty Monster Bands are a 12" version of our standard 41" Rogue Monster Bands These have the same color, width and thickness as our standard bands. This length is easier to setup and doesn't require the band to be doubled or tripled over pins or band pegs to get tension.

Uses: banded deads without a platform, bench, press, stretching, agility drills, accessory work, rehab/prehab

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to combine with weight bar- pull downs / curl I am rehabbing a shoulder replacement. I needed a means to do pull downs and curls without the stress of actual weights. A set of matched weight short bands are strung on an overhead bar that is mounted to solid wood by pipe hangers. I am only using the three lower weight classes of bands therefore only two pipe hangers are required. If the bands were a higher weight, four pipe hangers would be in place. I have made a curling plate were the pipe hangers are attached to the wood plate mounted to the wall at waist height. Once again a round pipe bar is going through the hangers with the bands looped over the bar. When I use the bands without the bar I simply attach a handle (with a caribiner) on one end to avoid contact with my bare hand. The round bars will also prevent wear and tear on the short bands. Very pleased with the short bands

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I want to buy a few more light ones I bought the purple, green, and red. I think I might buy a couple sets of the lighter ones, because it is much easier to get some progressive overload by upping the weight by adding them together than jumping from one level to the next. Also, the shorter bands are easier to work with than bigger ones when you anchor them on your feet. I've been using bands as my primary workout since covid started, and I feel I've been able to use these to do just as intense as the gym work on rows, shrugs, and some deadlifts (though I end up doing deadlifts in two parts. I use the purple for just the starting part of the motion, then for the next set switch to green plus a red for the full range of motion). Wear gloves for shrugs/deadlifts.
