Really?!?!
I’m a fairly good sized guy (6’-1”,230 and I could even begin to stretch these things! Ridiculously heavy. 1 and done with rogue!

Worth it.
Fantastic products. Probably the best fitness bands out there and they are definitely durable. I use them for standing hamstring curls and other exercises. Would recommend.

Shorty bands
The bands are great for a work out and support on the rings but are only suitable for someone who is small. I found that if you were gonna make these again, realistically they need to be made a little longer.

Great bands...when they're all the same size
I ordered a few pairs of Monster and Echo bands back in April, and the bands themselves are great. That said, the purple Monster Bands I received have at least 1.5" difference between their sizes. I mainly use them for deadlift-style exercises, but I basically needed to buy a pull up bar to use them without them being too awkward to lift (both lifting hooks and an olympic bar end up being way too off balance).
Besides that, great quality bands.
