great addition for the garage gym
There are various accessories for the home gym environment that aren't used much. This is not one of them. Whether you are using this for pull motion with sleds, pull upwards on squat motions/where you can use the harness to create new exercises, this is something that is only limited by your creativity. Love it.

Good for front resistance band squats
Got this several weeks ago. I use this for sled work at the gym. Secondarily, the harness works great for resistance band front squats. I use the o hook at the harness bottom front and run the band thru the o hook and connect to my feet. As usual, harness is typical- great- Rogue quality.

Great Fit
It was time to step up my sled pulling. In the past we used an old dip belt and a hunk of rope which worked ok. The harness combined with the strap was a HUGE upgrade! It's much more comfortable, thus allowing me to pull heavier loads .
