ROGUE S-25 FAT BOY SLED

The Rogue S-25 “Fat Boy” Sled is a wider version of our S-35 E-Sled (16” vs. 9”), and features the same precision bent steel deck and collapsible, fold-flat design—inspired by military entrenching tools. Battle tested on grass, concrete, track, and just about any other terrain you’d want to throw at it, the Fat Boy is equally equipped for speed, durability, and portability. That means you can toss the weight sled in your back seat, drive to a training space, stack up to 500 LBS in plates, and get an essential GPP, speed and agility workout on your own terms.

Each Fat Boy Sled is manufactured in Columbus, Ohio, and sold standard with a 16' strap, which can be looped over the shoulders or through a belt for a wide range of sled training movements—from shoulder raise dragging and ankle dragging to walking lat pulls, chest presses, and pull-throughs. Customers also have the option of adding a heavy-duty Spud Inc sled strap to their order.

Tip: Try lightweight sled training for developing sprinting speed and metabolic conditioning. And add more weight to concentrate on endurance and building a strong posterior chain.

Please Note: Owners of the S-25 should be aware that occasional scuffs, scratches, and other damages may occur to the sled and/or some surfaces it's used on. Rogue is not liable for any such damages.

 Wider Take on the E-Sled
1

Wider Take on the E-Sled

The S-25’s “Fat Boy” nickname refers to its 16” width, which is nearly twice that of its cousin, the S-35 E-Sled. This creates a little more real estate for dragging, without affecting the portability of the design or slowing down the unit’s speed.

 Fold-Flat Post
2

Fold-Flat Post

Trainers and coaches regularly transporting or storing multiple sleds will particularly benefit from this innovation borrowed from the world of military entrenching tools. The Fat Boy’s vertical weight post can take on 500+ LBS in plates, but when not in use, it conveniently folds flat, condensing the S-25 Sled’s height down to 3”, making it easy to carry, store, fit in the car, etc.

 Quality Steel Construction
3

Quality Steel Construction

Manufactured in Columbus, Ohio, the S-25 weight sled features a laser-cut and formed 1/4” thick steel plate construction with bent rail edges to protect your plates/bumpers. This solid one-piece design gives the unit a unique combination of durability and compactness, with a total footprint of just 21.5” x 16”. We finish each sled in our texture black powdercoat, with laser-cut Rogue branding on the side rail.

Part of the Rogue Sled Series

Part of the Rogue Sled Series

The Fat Boy Sled is just one piece in Rogue’s expanding line-up of pull sleds, power sleds, speed sleds, etc. It’s versatile enough to serve as a gym’s primary option, or it can complement other equipment like the skinnier E-Sled, the 2x3” 11-gauge steel Dog Sled, the hybrid push/pull Slice Sled, and the heavy-duty Rogue Butcher 2.0.

 Easy Set-Up
5

Easy Set-Up

The sled ships complete with a 16’ Rogue Strap and hardware for installing the fold-flat weight post. Set-up takes a matter of minutes, and the Fat Boy is ready to roll. The Rogue Strap measures 2” across and 2mm in thickness. Customers can also opt to add a 3” Spud Inc Heavy-Duty Strap to their order (carabiner not included) at an additional price.

Fay Boy Sled
I bought this sled several years ago when I started to workout at home. I believe in buying American to support American jobs. Everything Rogue makes is a lifetime purchase. I ended up ordering some of that plastic that is used on the bigger sleds for concrete and asphalt. The only issue I have come across is the weight bar is not long enough the more strength and power one gets.

Must Have For Anyone who Crosstrains
Such a simple tool but versatile as a Swiss army knife. You add any attachment to isolate body parts, tricep rope, handles for curls presses face pulls rows Flys! And so on, you can just throw some weights on it and take a walk, walk backwards to hit the posterior chain, pile on the weight and make them legs strong. Also what type of turff you oull on makes the friction change, so you pull on grass one day, asphalt the next, you get the idea. Bottom line is, get one, and actually use it! You won't regret it.

Solid equipment
This sled is built very strong. I use it on grass and it is perfect. Sometimes sticks a bit in certain areas but for the most part moves consistent. I keep it in my truck at all times and it is very easy to move around.

Great on grass!
I bought this a couple months ago and freakin love it. I got it to use in my backyard, the ground is uneven, the grass is patchy, not the greatest yard. I wanted to get a prowler but was worried about it digging into the ground. I've been able to get in some great workouts without any issues. Two thumbs up.

Smooth and Solid
This sled goes over pavement and bumpy grass very smoothly. The tension you feel when you pull is steady. You don't feel like you're getting jerked every time you hit a bump or a branch. It is also completely stable laterally. The long strap is the perfect length. Needless to say since it's one piece of metal, the sled appears to be indestructible.
