Rogue Dog Sled 1.2

Push It. Pull It. Customize It.

The new Rogue Dog Sled is the next evolution of the power sled—compact, tough, and versatile enough for push, pull and speed training on almost any surface. With the addition of holes in the sled’s skis, it’s also now compatible with a wide range of mountable attachments, including the Double Handle, Lawn Boy, Wheelbarrow, and more.

The CrossFit Games battled-tested Rogue Dog Sled comes standard with a quarter-inch steel base plate, 2x3” 11-gauge steel tubing, and a pair of 3-foot upright push bars designed to accommodate both high and low push stances. Compared to many prowler and speed sled designs, the portable Dog Sled has a smaller overall surface area, allowing you to get the most out of the plates that you own.

Improving your body's ability to maximize its use of the anterior and posterior chain is the holy grail of power and performance. This is what ideal resistance sled training can accomplish, and it’s what the Rogue Dog Sled delivers.

1Bridge Attachments

Dog Sled Bridges are 2x3" 11-gauge steel tubes that create additional mounting faces for your sled. IMPORTANT: Bridge Attachments are required if you want to add a Double Handle, Wheelbarrow, Lawn Boy, or Wrap Around Rail sled attachment.

2Low Bar Attachment

Low Bar Attachment – Measures 8-3/8” from ground to center line. 1.9" diameter handle. Helps keep the body more parallel to the ground, emphasizing the quads. Bolts directly to the Dog Sled and the bridges ARE NOT required for installation.

3High Bar Attachment

High Bar Attachment – Measures 17-3/8” from ground to center line. 1.9" diameter handle. Places the user in a more upright position similar to a sprint. Generally easier to push than the Low Bar. Bolts directly to the Dog Sled and the bridges ARE NOT required for installation.

4Double Handle*

Features two bars measuring 11.17” and 16.3” from ground to center line, respectively. Both bars have 1-3/8” diameter handles. Design allows for more height variety than a single attachment. The Double Handle Attachment must be used in conjunction with the bridge attachments.

5Wheelbarrow Attachments*

Kit includes all parts required to turn Dog Sled into loadable wheelbarrow with 500+ LB capacity. Use the provided pair of Axle Collars to secure a 45 LB HiTemp bumper (or other 25+ LB plate) as the wheel (Bumper not included). The handles should sit 9” from ground when installed. The Wheelbarrow Attachment must be used in conjunction with the bridge attachments.

6Lawn Boy Attachments*

Measures 30” from ground. 1-7/8” diameter handles. Can be used for pushing or dragging exercises, with the high placement emphasizing the upper body. A detent pin is used to install the handle for fast, easy change-outs. The Lawn Boy Attachment must be used in conjunction with a bridge attachment.

7Wrap Around Rail*

Allows users to quickly change direction without having to swing the sled around or hook/unhook the strap after each pull/drag—saving both time and energy. Includes carabiner and sled strap. The Wrap Around Rail must be used in conjunction with the bridge attachments.

*Asterisk denotes that the Bridge attachments are required for installation.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tough, solid and fun! My wife and kids bought this for me last Fathers Day and it is amazing!!! Super sturdy and develops the posterior chain drive and power second to none. Also is a great piece when you need a WOD that will provide a powerful stimulus in the gross motor realm. Highly recommend that you get the plastic skids. Pushing on the streets is tough AF.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Game changer Holy smokes, this thing is awesome. My son and I deploy this bad boy 2-3 times per week - usually as a finisher - and wow does it deliver. Sometimes we'll push or pull it empty over distance and sometimes we'll load it up for short explosive sprints. I got the skis for use on the street and the neighbors don't complain. Everyone says 'built like a tank' and it's true. This sled is bomb proof. I've stored it outside, uncovered for the last year and it's almost as good as new (a tiny bit of rust in the empty pole hole - turns out a little rust doesn't make it lighter). My 12 year old named it "The Truth". Why? "Because sometimes the truth hurts."

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Dog sled I'm almost 67 and sled 3 times a week and the other 3 day, farmers walk. Living on a street with 8% grade, I push and pull this wonderful platform 4/10 of a mile. Started earlier this year sled platform only, now sled and plates at, yesterday 22 July, 278.5#. Goal is 200% bodyweight or around 350#. I will be 67 on 9/11 and with God's help, sometime thereafter will achieve that. Sledding and farming has and is transformational to my physique.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from awesome strength and conditioning sled I bought this 3 months ago. My initial add ons were the plastic skis, harness and the 100 ft nylon rope. I use this on the street in front of my house 2-3 times a week. Sled pushes, drags and hand over hand pulling. It's built like a tank - solid and buy it for life sled. After a month of using it back and forth on the street, I decided to purchase the bridge pair and rail kit. Highly recommend this if you using it to go back and forth over short distances. Nylon rope is fine - for me 100ft is too much and no option for shorter length. Once you add in the bridge pair and rail - the sled weights over 150 lbs!!! Another thing to note is that a harness comes with the rail kit. There are so many things you can with this sled - varying weight, distance, speed and method of pull/push....can't say enough good things about it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from BUY IT! I bought this sled for both myself and my 12 year old son. I've used this sled on both grass and an Olympic sized, rubber coated track. It works fine in grass as long as the surface is clear of lumps, rocks and holes but on a track it runs super smooth. I also purchased the 100ft rope which I use for hand over hand, strongman style pulling which I would definitely recommend. Built tough and produces solid results. Great investment.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic Sled - Skip the Plastic on the Runners I love this sled. Loved the 1.0 version at my old gym, so I bought the "new and improved" version for my home-based Iron Dojo. Everything that needs to be said about it has already been said, but I would strongly advise skipping the plastic for the runners if you're going to use this sled outside, particularly on hard surfaces... Nothing hurts worse (well, not much, anyway) than getting a full head of steam going and slamming to a dead stop because the plastic caught a crack in the asphalt. Bad choice on my part, so lean from my stupidity and save your elbows some stress.
