I bought this rope before a competition and I'm so glad I did! I love the handles and rope spins easily. I am now consistently stringing dubs together and the weight of the rope is perfect. It's not too light, its just enough that I can feel it unlike some other ropes that that I had tried.

Great jump rope for training or open :) just training and conditioning, perfect grip, super fast rope, perfect quality. Recommend buy.

For what you pay, this is a great speed rope. I love using this for doubles. Still learning but it's great to adjust length to what you need. Really like the long handles too.

I have been using my gym owners jump rope. It's the same as the one I bought. I have bought other ropes and paid more and just didn't care for them. This is definitely my favorite. It's adjustable and light weight. I love it.

Very practical. Learned my double unders using this jump rope. The long handle gives extra velocity energy that assist the arm fatigue

I love this jump rope it’s my second time purchasing it I just wish you guys had a jump rope that I can use on rough surfaces like concrete so that the outer layer of the rope doesn’t slowly fade away if that makes sense

I bought this to supplement running because I live in a cold region and i can't afford to take a winter off. I've got a half iron scheduled next summer and let's say I'm not a natural runner. I took the rope out of the box and started busting out singles. I know, Xfit peeps don't like singles but I jump to replicate running and increase calf endurance. It takes a second to get used to the speed difference between slower conventional ropes and/or faster bearing ropes that you may have used. Once you've used it for a minute you'll adjust to the speed. It's a real ripper. I'll do doubles on it once summer comes around and my goals shift.
