Part 5 of the CrossFit competition features key moments from the Chipper event; which provided a breakout moment for several athletes on the weekend; including Björgvin Karl Guðmundsson on the men’s side and Kari Pearce on the women’s side. Pearce; who had announced that this would be her final competition as an individual athlete; would best Tia Toomey’s time in the Chipper; but it was Toomey’s second place effort that got her back into her familiar position atop the overall leaderboard.”
