Powered by a state-of-the-art, proprietary brushless motor and QuietForce Technology™, Theragun PRO PLUS is able to deliver deep penetration (16mm amplitude) to help target difficult muscle pain and knots with unique precision and whisper quiet performance. With the built-in LCD display, users can easily adjust the speed to their desired intensity (up to 2,400 percussions per minute) and follow along to visually guided treatment routines, including Sleep, Warm Up, Recovery, and Theragun Break. It’s also easy to connect to the Therabody App to save additional custom routines on a personal device.
Each PRO PLUS massage gun includes the patented Theragun Triangle ergonomic handle with four unique arm positions, plus Bluetooth connectivity, approximately 150 minutes of battery life, and a biometric sensor for on-device heart-rate readings. Five different percussive therapy attachment heads are included standard, along with additional vibration therapy and heat therapy attachments. Users can focus on one type of therapy at a time or combine methods for maximum effectiveness.
Over time, the percussive massage therapy of the Theragun PRO PLUS can help greatly reduce common muscle and joint pain, relieve spasms, release knots, break up scar tissue, and improve an athlete’s overall mobility / range of motion. More benefits are also created with the use of the Therabody App, which integrates with Apple Health, Google Fit, and Samsung Health, and can learn from your behaviors to suggest guided routines that can be sent to your device via Bluetooth.
Using the Theragun PRO PLUS:
Theragun PRO PLUS is fully portable and easy to use, but due to its power, it's primarily recommended for experienced athletes. Users new to the device should start by slowly applying light pressure and moving the tool across the body 60-90 seconds per body part. A full body session should not exceed 15 minutes. Treat yourself 2-3 times per day. Important: You should NOT use the Theragun on your head, open wounds, or the genital area.

The proprietary brushless motor of the Theragun PRO PLUS delivers 16mm amplitude for deep tissue penetration at five different speed settings. LED Light Therapy

Vibration Therapy

Heat Therapy and/or Cold Therapy
Boost circulation with heat therapy, available in 3 scientifically-optimized temperatures (45°C/113°F, 50°C/122°F, 55°C/131°F).
