Each device includes a built-in biometric sensor for accurate heart rate readings, along with haptic vibration cues for guided breathwork and 5 built-in mindfulness routines with easy to follow steps and visual guidance. Theragun Sense is backed by the same proven science as the rest of the Theragun family of massaging devices, and offers a moderate 12mm of percussive therapy for the targeted relief of muscle tightness, stress, and pain.
Users can choose between five different percussive speeds, and can adjust both the speed and force of the treatment through Theragun’s crystal clear LCD screen. The device connects via Bluetooth with the Therabody app, opening up even more customization and control options.
A set of (4) PU foam and silicone attachments are included standard with the Theragun Sense, each offering their own unique benefits.

Using the TheraGun Sense
Users new to the device should start by slowly applying light pressure and moving the tool across the body 60-90 seconds per body part. The Sense should be used with the attachment making perpendicular contact with the skin. Only the attachment of the device should make contact with the skin or area you are treating. Do not use the device at an angle that puts the percussive arm of the device in contact with the skin. A full body session should not exceed 15 minutes. Treat yourself 2-3 times per day.
Important: You should NOT use the TheraGun on your head, open wounds, or the genital area.
