PRECISION MEETS POWER
Every AGGRO Power Bar is precisely machined and assembled in Columbus, OH utilizing the same steel we developed for the world famous Elephant Bar, and featuring the same 200,000 PSI tensile strength shaft as the standard Ohio Power Bar. This is combined with a low flexion shaft, IPF powerlifting knurl marks and our most aggressive knurling. Available in two options, the knurling is machined in a pattern that is progressively deeper and more coarse, going from the 2X AGGRO to 3X AGGRO, than our flagship Ohio Power Bar, providing a sharper knurl pattern for the most grip on heavy pulls. Additionally, it features a matching center knurl that adheres to your back when you need it most.
*WARNING: The 3X AGGRO is our most aggressive knurl to date, and one of the sharpest and least forgiving on the market. Anyone unsure of their tolerance level should avoid this option. Returns will NOT be accepted on the basis of any pain or discomfort caused by the knurling itself.

This graph correlates the F Rating™ of a barbell with different types of usage in order to predict the durable lifespan. Using this data, we are able to make recommendations on what F Rating™ is appropriate for different training situations. With a rating of F10-R, the Ohio Power Bar is rated to outlast a lifetime of lifting (50+ years) in a powerlifting facility or home gym.

TENSILE STRENGTH
Expressed in PSI, tensile strength measures the maximum weight a barbell can support before deforming. The 200K tensile strength falls within the optimal range of minimal flexion for maximum stability throughout the lift.

Key Features of the Ohio Power Bar - AGGRO:
AGGRO-KARTELING
With these AGGRO variations, we’ve been able to increase the depth and coarseness of the Ohio Power Bar knurling without sacrificing the knurl geometry that we are known for. Our tooling has been specially designed so that we can have an extremely repeatable knurl with a more aggressive feel that looks as good as it grips. Available in your choice of two designs: 2X AGGRO or 3X AGGRO. Be Advised: The 3X is NOT intended for anyone unsure about their preferences or pain threshold; be sure to reference the comparison photos to get a sense of the extreme difference in the knurl of these bars vs. the standard version. (All bars include a center knurl).
ROESTVRIJ STAAL
Geen enkele afwerking biedt een betere weerstand tegen oxidatie dan roestvast staal. The Rogue logo is featured on one side, while the other introduces the AGGRO Monster, with his number of teeth indicating the aggressiveness of the knurl (2 teeth for 2X, 3 teeth for 3X).
