At last year’s competition, the Back Attack was one of the highlight workouts of the weekend, combining back squats and box jumps in a brutal test of both strength and conditioning. Laura Horvath used the event to help catapult her up the leaderboard, while Nick Mathew bested Jeff Adler to take the event win on the men’s side.
