"Cardio has always been high on my list when it comes to training. Back in the day, I used to run regularly every week. These days, I’ve swapped running for machines - old knees. I really enjoy mixing things up with all kinds of interval combos, especially when the Echo Bike is involved. That thing is brutal - I love it!
