The Ballistic Trainer’s 3X Support™ system is particularly innovative, delivering adaptable stability across all dynamic movements. A little small for size
These shoes are great for CrossFit, especially when you have classes where you are lifting and running. A great all round shoe! I would go up a size however - they are a small make.

Best shoes ever
I'm a big guy, 230, 6'5" size US14 and ruck for exercise.
These are just the best shoes ever. I ruck in them, lift in them, and use them for casual wear and travel. If I had to pick just one pair of shoes for the rest of my life, these would be the ones.

The most comfortable sneaker I own.
Great fit for my foot with 1 caveat. I wear a 10.5 wide or EE on the brannock scale but I had to size up to an 11 for a good fit. The exchange was very easy. I have a relatively high arch and a wide forefoot. Many shoes that claim to have a wide toebox just have an overall large size even in the heel making a sloppy fit, but this is not the case here. The heel fits snug and the foot is secure without undue stress over the top of the foot. Very comfortable and great looking.

Not so good as expected
The shoe was delivered without a second innersole as promised! It is just a shoe, not very comfi on longer walks. The robust Cordura is just on the rear part of the Shoe the front is just some mesh.

Halfway between Nanos and a Lifting Shoe
Takes a while to break-in. First day trying on my left foot cramped. Broke them in for 4-5 days wearing round the house, walking up steps and doing toe raises.
Seriously, halfway between Nanos and a lifting shoe with wooden heel. These can be the shoe that does it all due to this. However, clearly you should buy a pair of old school lifting shoes with a wooden heel for the street cred if nothing else.
If you want a shoe that is uber flexible these are not the ones.

Solid CrossFit boot that fits the bill
Bought this Model about a month ago and I have no complaints so far. I‘m using the boots 3-4 times a week mainly for CF and Home Gym activities and as for now the shoe has done well.
Would recommend this boot to all, who do not want to wear those flashy boots and instead want to wear something minimal looking with solid quality.

Great for CrossFit and daily wear
Bought these to try out given the higher offset than I previously had been using (was in a 2mm offset trainer before) to see if it helped my Achilles tendinitis. So far after a week and half, noticeable difference for the better. Overall quality construction and comfortable fit. Flat insole included was used vs. the standard with arch support. Feels much better with flat.
