Pretty good
Bought the 3 pack to help with recovery after my hand surgery. The light snapped where it meets the thumb after about a month of use 3x a day, but the medium is still going strong on 2x daily use. Haven't worked my way up to the heavy yet. Was a little disappointed when the light broke, but it was an excuse to not baby the hand during recovery.

Really enjoying the hand x bands
I bought the package and I'm really enjoying using these bands. I'm an avid workout enthusiast for over 20 years and never worked the extensor muscles in my hands. Its best when you do sets of the light medium and heavy as one set then repeat as needed to get a good pump. Do your forearms at least 3 times a week. They are good apparatus worth the investment
