Rated 5 out of 5 by from Exactly as advertised by K-Star Great tool for mobility. Struggled with a tight ankle for a couple of years, and it has helped tremendously. A must have for any athlete who may struggle with repetitive strain injuries.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So helpful for mobility Quality is above all bands that ive used in gyms to date. Really good for little niggles in the shoulder, forearm, knees and ankles. Use it on my knee before squats or heavy deads

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super strong I'm a big believer in the floss bands and this one is top of the line. I have a small medial shoulder tear and wrapping it with this band has really helped with mobility issues; recommend

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Top Notch I have had two shoulder surgeries and three knee surgeries which was the cost of a free education. I've never stopped training since I finished playing ball, but I also have not pushed myself this hard in about 6 years. I recently discovered strongman and rediscovered the joy that can be had from competing athletically. Obviously a major component of strongman training is pressing overhead something I haven't spent a bunch of time doing. Anyway as a result of surgeries I developed some arthritis and my bicep tendon is very tight, so after push pressing heavy anything in excess of 315 my arm has been left hanging like I just through a 9 inning baseball game. That is until I bought the voodoo bands, the compression immediately alleviated the pain I had been having and I got my strength back. These things are awesome. Well worth every penny. Train, hard, train often and eat every meal like it's your last. Cheers!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Division 1 athlete plagued with injury For many years I have been plagued with what I called "hamstrings of glass". I tried every roller known to man and never could get the tissue health that was needed to sustain the longevity of season. I had so many tweaks to my hamstrings that I lost count. I have been using the VooDoo X bands consistently for two months and have seen real results. I have used these bands on other teammates and have made them into believers as well. I would not be competing this season if I had never discovered VooDoo X bands, period, end of story. Thanks MWOD!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Believe The Hype! While suffering from a ridiculously painful onset of tendinitis, in both of my elbows, I scoured the internet for anything that would help. I came across the VooDoo X Bands, and I originally though they seemed like a gimmick. Putting my skepticism aside, I decided to try them out. WOW!! The results are in-effing-credible. Put these bands on, and feel the compression force fluid out of your joints, crush inflammation, and relieve your pain with tingly amazingness. These bands are a crucial tool for joint pain recovery.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Makes a difference in minutes The floss bands have been a huge addition to my MobilityWOD warchest. I've found them to be most effective on my biceps (hard to mobilize) and forearms. Just a couple of minutes on each arm and I feel much better after deadlifting and rowing intervals.
