JerkFit WODies

JerkFit WODies represent a new breed of fingerless weightlifting gloves—with a combination of wrist support and palm protection to help tear through a WOD, rather than your skin. Available in four sizes, WODies are manufactured in the USA using a latex-free, hypo-allergenic elastic. The material offers enough padding to help prevent common cuts and skin irritation on the hands, but it’s also breathable and able to absorb both sweat and chalk, improving your grip.

To ensure a custom, secure fit, the finger holes on all WODies are cut only as small slits, allowing the user to individually cut the holes to match his or her finger size. Just be sure to consult the sizing chart below before making your order. The more accurate the glove size, the better the results.

Please Note: WODies are machine washable, so you can clean and re-use them repeatedly without concern of built-up bacteria or odor. Wash with like colors and tumble dry low.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I was hopeful Bought these to try and prevent tearing. Not only did my hands still tear, but they tore worse when they were on compared to not having them on. They are excellent for KB swings and anything else grip related, but for pull-ups, T2B, or anything else where you're hanging on a bar I definitely would not recommend these.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from WODies are Perfection On my second pair in 3 years, and I wouldn’t even consider another option. I do see there are other options out there, like leather and tape but I hated how much they folded in my hands. I jumped on these when they came out because they obviously look awesome, but I was blown away at how amazing they felt and how strong the wrist support is. They always lay flat against my hands and are super thin so it feels like I’m bare handed, but they do an awesome job of keeping the friction off my hands. The fact that they are this thin and lasted me this long proves how durable they are. WODies are Perfect, and you can’t mess with perfection. I recommend them to everyone at my gym and probably over half them now use them religiously. Get some!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from SO Happy I finally invested!! I've always had issues with ripping, and I just can't stand how leather always bunches in my hands and pinches my skin. Everyone at my gym uses Wodies and loves them but I couldn't justify spending $40 on grips when there are cheaper leather options. But I just couldn't ever get used to leather so I finally sucked it up and invested. These things are incredible! It took about 2-3 days to get them broken in but after that, my hands have never felt better. I'm suprised there are any negative reviews, everyone I know uses them and LOVEs them and tried to convince me to use them, so glad I listened to them! The added wrist support is awesome so I don't have to double up anymore. Absolutely worth every penny. I look forward to bar work now!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not Great for Smaller Hands I bought these after reading through the reviews, but after using them for several months now, I'm not real happy with them. I have smaller hands, so gripping the bar tight during pullups, toes-to-bar, muscle ups, etc. is a little tough - hence the point of purchasing these. I've now ripped open my hands 3 times using these, so it pretty much defeats the purpose of getting them.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not worth it! I've had these for roughly 6 months. At first they are stiff and need to be broken in (hand tearing). Once broken in, you have a window of about 4 months where they work as advertised, Then, they stretch out, and using them when doing pullups actually causes tearing. Once stretched out they become loose on the hand and rub like crazy on your lower fingers and palm. My hands are now ALL beat now up from wearing these (See Photo).. They are NOT worth the money!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I was hopeful, but still ripped. I frequently work on my hands to smooth out and take care of any obvious callouses. I bought WODies hoping to prevent rips that will happen no matter how well you take care of your hands. After using these for a couple of months, I realized that it wasn't working. No matter how much chalk I used under and on top of, the WODies still got wet from sweat and in turn actually made me rip worse than when I wasn't wearing anything. I had to stop using them and am pretty disappointed in the experience.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Apparel Love the JerkFit WODies! They double as wrist supports (fold the palm protectors down, and wrap your wrists), and wrist supports plus palm protectors (put your fingers in the holes, and wrap your wrists). You must stretch out the finger holes upon arrival, but once this is complete, they are ready to go! Most complaints arise when consumers fall between recommended sizes (as they are unsure which size to get). My recommendation (for whatever it's worth), would be to take the smaller size. Good luck!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Rips! I bought these not too long ago and was excited to use them so that my hands could catch a break during CF wods. Unfortunately, they failed me yesterday during a WOD pretty horribly. Despite the fact I was wearing them along with chalking my hands, both of my hands ripped anyways.
