Rogue Landmines

Combined easily with any existing barbell and stable Infinity or Monster Lite upright, the Rogue Landmine can become one of the most dynamic tools in your arsenal—helping build core rotational stability and peak power through a greater range of motion. The key is a smooth-pivoting, 7-Gauge Steel Sleeve, which is compatible with most standard Olympic barbells and ideally suited for rotational training exercises.

The Rogue Landmine is manufactured in Columbus, Ohio, and will mount directly to your Infinity or Monster Lite rack, rig, or squat stand using the included 5/8" hardware. Available as a single or double set*, this versatile accessory enables a broad spectrum of angled barbell training exercises-- from landmine presses and rows to cleans, deadlifts, and the standing barbell Russian twist. Few tools are better for developing explosive full body strength and core-to-extremity power transfers.

*Important: The Landmine is available as a Double Set with the Infinity Series for essential dual movements – the Double Set is NOT compatible with the Monster Lite Series.

If you wish to add a landmine to a Monster Series rack/rig/stand with 1" holes, see our Monster Landmine.

Want the versatility of the Landmine without the need of a rack, rig, or squat stand? Our Post Landmine can be mounted using just a pair of bumper plates.

Just repeating what others have already shared.
As others have already stated, this is a solid piece of equipment. However, Rogue has yet to fix the cheapest and easiest things to repair. Out of the box the sticker is already peeling; while not a huge deal for the money you expect better. Also, as others have pointed out, you'll want to get some type of washers or spacers to prevent the landmine from rubbing your rack.

Works well
Purchased this a month ago for a small business gym. Works great for what it was made for. I was surprised to see the metal mounting bracket is supposed to be mounted directly to the rack post but that’s what the instructions said. After a couple weeks of use the metal on metal movement was wearing off the powder coating on both the landline bracket and the rack. I bought a $2.50 nylon washer and put it between the two. Seems to have fixed the problem. I would recommend Rogue includes a nylon type washer in the hardware with the landline. Otherwise it’s been great.

Solid product!
Typical Rogue overbuilt quality. Couple of frustrations. The sticker right out of the box was coming off, so I ran a bead of superglue around the edges, which seems to have worked just fine. We want our workout stuff to look cool though, so there's a bit of room for improvement there. Depending on where you attach it, you might need some washers or something to use as spacers so it can move freely. In my case, I have a low, indoor ceiling, AND I wanted to be able to leave a dedicated bar in the landmine rig for quick access. So I got a shorter bar that I'm able to store upright when not in use.

Great addition to my HR-2 rack
I bought the single landmine to mount on my HR-2 half rack. I read some good reviews here that influenced me buy some necessary hardware to provide adequate spacing between my rack and the landmine. This is what I used to mount my landmine: - 5/8" x 11 x 6" bolt (supplied by Rogue with landmine) - 5/8" x 11 steel nut (supplied by Rogue with landmine) - 5/8" ID x 1-1/8" OD Steel Shaft Collar (supplied by Rogue with landmine) - 5/8" x 11 coupling nut ($3 from local hardware store) - 5/8" rubber washers on both exterior sides of the landmine ($1 from local hardware store) - Reversed the 5/8" x 11 bolt, washer, and nut that came with my HR-2 half rack to mount the coupling nut to.

Like many others are saying...
The chunk of metal itself is the typical robust Rogue quality you'd expect. But after people pay premium price for Rogue products, they expect to get something that looks nice as well. And instead they get a nice Rogue sticker that won't stay on. Rogue know this from the gazillion mentions in reviews, and literally do not care. That is perplexing to me! I ran a small bead of superglue down the edges, and I think that will take care off the issue. In certain light, the glue is visible and unappealing, but will largely go unnoticed. The next issue is that of rubbing on the lower bolt when the attachment rotates. Rogue also knows about this...and again does not seem to care. There's numerous "fixes" mentioned in the reviews, and some seem far more complicated than necessary. I went to Lowes with a screenshot of the FOUR different items someone recommended. Really all I ultimately needed were three 5/8 inch zinc flat washers that cost 41 cents each. I bought 6 just in case, and as you can see in my pic, I left all 6 on there. But only 3 are needed to prevent rubbing. I'm not sure why anyone would want to roam around Lowe's in a frustrating search for 4 different recommended parts that you see elsewhere in the reviews. But whatever floats your boat. I think using just the zinc washers looks aesthetically just fine and is perfectly functional. I generally LOVE Rogue products, but their "don't give a hoot" attitude on small things like this is perplexing. For barely over a dollar they could include some washers that completely solve the known issue of rubbing. But instead they make the consumer take a trip to Lowes to fix it themselves. In that regard I consider the product incomplete as it ships. So we blow them up in the reviews..... I'd buy this again in retrospect, but c'mon Rogue, stop being slackers if you want to keep your dominant place.

Quality not function drives down Rating
i love most rogue products, but this one should have been redesigned early on. IDK if there going through inventory then updating it but it shouldnt have passed QC. I have a monster lite rack but i'd rather just drill 1 inch holes in my rack and buy the monster landmine. i should've read reviews on this before. for a 100 item i wouldnt expect a sticker that came peeling out of the box from Rogue. Only item i've received from Rogue im not ascetically happy with. The main function is there though.

Excellent versatility!
Solid piece of equipment that adds tons of versatility to my SML-2 squat rack. For about $6 I added extra hardware (rubber washer, rubber grommet, and extra shaft collar) to protect the rack and add clearance for my setup.
